Tim Hortons

The biggest thing is the guy at the window has tried to keep my change. I am not paying $3 for a tea that $2.05. He does this almost every time. Someone has to talk to their staff. I was there at 5: 45 am.

One of the worst Tim's in the city. 50/50 chance your order's correct, and very little customer service.

Wasn't always this way, used to go here all the time as it's the closest to my office. But over the past year the quality has very much gone down hill.

The worse Tim Hortons in the city. 4 staff working the drive thru, got a coffee labeled as a tea. I ordered a tea. Then I go inside to get my tea. Staff were not friendly, the staff member then proceeded to get a cookie for the four people in the drive thru. I did not recommend this location.

Ordered an ice cap got to the window paid with debit she hands me 2 coffee I said I ordered an ice cap she says no u didn't. Got it fixed but i didn't order anything complicated it was one drink

If you order a medium/black coffee but really crave someone else’s 5-cream/7-sugar abomination, this is the place for you!

Not a fan of being yelled at and argued with when the order was wrong and due to a lactose intolerance I wanted it made correctly! The lady at the window was good but the worker who made the drink yelled and argued when it was obviously wrong. Did end up getting the right drink but with how often we go through this drive thru l, being argued with is not a good way to start my day

Google says it closes at 10 pm but the employee said 9. She got upset when I asked to see the donuts she had taken out of the display case. The hot chocolate was cold but not as cold as the employee. 0/5 stars. Do not recommend.

4 people standing by the drive thru window when I went in to order my coffee and when I ordered mine they realized they had no coffee.

Love this drive thru - the morning staff girls always cheery and friendly. Great service and awesome coffee

I was so so mad they forgot my food and asking me waiting outside in my car for my food! After 20 minutes I came in they said they forgot! I need to work and they told me forgot my food? !

I don't drink coffee but people prefer Mc Donald's coffee to Tim's. Their food menu is good. BLT sandwich is amazing. Donuts are good but expensive. I love their soup and sandwich combos. I feel it is offering more healthy food for your dollar. Great place to eat.

Usually quick, sometimes issues with order. But mostly correct. Did have an issue with 3 supervisors from the store outside the back door by the drive thru yelling about another employee. Not professional especially since it was breakfast rush and all the customers would have heard it

Would do a 0 star but not possible, hands down the worst tim hortons in NS.
I've never had such a hard time getting breakfast in my life.

The worst Tim Hortons service I've seen to date!
I pre-ordered in the app before walking into this this location to pick up my simple coffee
order. While I stood there waiting where I thought would be the mobile order pick up area (the sign was nit anywhere to be seen until later when I noticed it face down on the counter), I watched as about half of the staff stood around chatting with each other and eventually daring one another to drink this yellow liquid that was in 3 jugs and a cup on the counter behind them. I think this may have been the lemon ice cap liquid before it goes into the machine. Eventually one of the girls drank a bit and they all had a good little laugh while there were 3 other people now waiting in line to be served. One guy came out from the back room and began serving customers in line while the 4 girls continued their chatting.
At this point I had been waiting about 10 minutes and after the guy finished serving the 3 customers, I asked about my mobile order at which point he finally checked the computer to see my order. One of the girls got my order ready at this point. Finally.
Yo be fair the 3bor 4 people working the drive through seemed to be focused and on task with the occasional distractions from the previously mentioned group!

Most ppl at cash that time in the morning should be more aware of sharing smiles. You never now who's life you might be starting off on a good day. So if you can't be nice and or smile stay home or put yourself in a position where you don't have to deal with ppl. I totally refuse to have that person serve on me. So I just pray for that person because I don't know what they have to face when they go home.

I was interested in purchasing a Tim Hortons coffee cup and asked the cashier how much it was. He said $9 and hesitated. I said "really" and then he said never mind and that was the end of that.

The staff here just does not seem to understand what a bagel belt is. I rarely get what I actually ask for. Girl in drive thru was polite so i give them 2 stars.
