Tim Hortons

I always get a very tasty drink whenever I stop at a Tims. Also, if there ever is an issue, the staff is always very helpful correcting it.

Stopped in to pick up 2 sausage english muffin breakfast sandwiches. When I opened them, I found 1 of them didn't have any sausage in it.

I stopped at the location at 218 Chainl Lake Dr. Halifax NS after the days remembrance day services.i stopped in because Tim Hortons was supposed to be offering a free hot beverage to serving and retired veterans. When I went to collect my order, this turned out not to be the case at this location. I then went to use my scan and pay feature on my mobile app. This didn't work, and hasn't worked at a number of locations since since it became available. I then attempted to use my tims card that I know has a balance of $30 on it, and it came back declined. This has to be one of the worst experiences I've had at any tim hortons I have ever visited.

I'm not finding much good in this location.

Truly the worst Tim Horton’s in the HRM. They never get the order right and more importantly in my opinion every single employee is rude. They rush you through at the speaker, talk over you, and then at the window they argue with you if you try to explain that something was wrong. Will never return. Judging by the overwhelming number of reviews talking about the same issues with rude employees, sounds like it’s time to to get some new employees!

I am a regular customer of the place. I found it very cozy and the service is also very good.

The crew was quick enough to give my orders. I think they just need to smile to add some positive and welcoming vibes.

This place is AMAZING! The morning crew are delightful! Today is my birthday and they all sang me a song and made me a special birthday donut! I love seeing their smiling faces every morning! Keep up the good work girls! You are a truly amazing bunch!

I just want to share one thing about staff behaviour towards customers. I went for my morning coffee on (drive thru) 15 october 2022 inbetween 9: 45am-10: 00am and girl was taking order on drive thru. I gave my order I just confirmed that please don’t put sugar in my coffee because I am diabetic and she replied its not come with sugar don’t ask me. I didn’t ask her I just confirm with her. We came at tim hortons for food and pay for that not get free and staff doing their work and getting pay. So whats the point getting so rude. I hope management will take serious steps on those kind of staff and let them know whats tim hortons ethic. Repect each and every individual. Its not about complaining somebody, Its all about Respect.

When you're hungry and just need to grab something quick. As always, Tim Hortons comes through in a pitch. This particular location hasn't been full for all the times I've visited it. And the service is really fast. Very clean and the staff are okay.

The manager and staff of the store seem to need training in customer service. The staff are very unkind.

14-July-2022,7: 22 pm. The two servers are bad service attitude, didn't even talk to the guests, we waited at least ten minutes, then we just wanted to order something basic, he just told us we don’t have it.

Not busy in drive thru.

Ordered black iced coffee and worker asked 2x if I wanted black iced coffee. Got to drive thru window and it was a regular iced coffee (cream and sugar in it).
Got farmers breakfast biscuit- no chipotle sauce (no sauce of any kind) on it.just a dry biscuit.

Iced Capp and other breakfast wrap were fine and as ordered.

I love Canadian Tire they're very friendly they are very knowledgeable the prices are really good and the store is so clean

This is a drive-thru take-out location only. There is no in-store eating. I have used this Timmies quite a few times before and find that the service varies. It has never been bad, but never been great either. One gets a feeling that the staff is not overly happy to be there.

One and only Tim around here. I dont live here, was searching for a Tim but I could only find this one around here.just had a coffee from here and it was really great. Service was little slow but that's okay. Another thing I noticed, only few tables here and it wasn't clean but the washroom was really clean. There are enough parking space to park your cars.

A small but good and clean tim hortons. Coffee's felt more tastier with usual combo. Adequate number of seats and high chairs also. Fast service, only concern is that the lady who served coffee did not smile at all, didn't even look at me

These guys never got an order right, ive ordered countless orders here and was never given what ive ordered.are the workers ok?

I love the tea here. Not much of a coffee person, but when it gets cold a little splash of coffee in my hot chocolate keeps me awake during the cold season.

Bouquet for the rewards card, brick for the new tops. Raison brand muffin and chocolate glazed tidbits are the best

Under staffed, waited almost 8 mins for 1 tea & a wrap. Didn't apologize about the wait either.

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 drinks got to the window to pay and was informed they only had one. Also while trying to place order the girl kept interrupting.

Could be a little quicker on the drive through at times. Coffee sucks. They do have some really good food though.

Parking can be a little painful and the drivethrough is disruptive to other drivers in this shopping strip mall. Entrance to drivethrough is located at a four-way stop intersection. Be aware of impatient drivers.

Never gets orders right not sure if they read it wrong or what but my god out of all the tim Horton this is the worst

Have only used the drive-thru but they have been very friendly and our order is always correct and yummy-tastey!
