The slowest tim hortons ever. Went in to order, only 3-4 people in front and it took 30 minutes to get some farmers wraps

It's takes forever in the drive thru. I dont know why corporate would not be involved in this franchise location. They are definitely not meeting the corporate standards.

Drive thru was very very slow. They had no donuts! None! This is Tim Hortons and they had no donuts! How extraordinary.

Horrible service and didn't get what I ordered after 14 minutes sitting in drive-thru. Unacceptable. Pathetic.

Its been a nightmare. Long wait times, rude staff, and messed up orders. They've been understaffed and stressed out for way too long. Ive never there but from my experiance this is a clear problem with management. Offer a living wage which the company can obviously afford to do and maybe your workers will stop walking off.

Never going back! Got bagels with cream cheese with bacon and Cheese well if half a piece of bacon cut into three. I've seen it bad but this is a rip off

Tim's food is always dependable. My complaint is the moving menu that makes it difficult to peruse. I find what I want then try to compare the options and it all disappears into a new screen. It would be nice to see the whole menu displayed at the same time!

A little frustrating with the way things run when its that busy the cashier should be running cash and not making coffee and getting doughnuts

Absolutely terrible, the service is slow, and just plain terrible. I dont know what happened, this place ise to be good and fast.

Not a bad spot just a few minutes from the highway. Coffee there is good as I love there dark roast. Staff is nice, and quick to get you what you need so you can continue on with your day.

Service is always really slow unless it's really late at night, 10 to 15 minutes in the drive through for a coffee is insulting. Would only recommend going after 10pm.

Problems with the app and could not get the offers. Staff told me to contact Tim Hortons on Rememberance Day and left me standing there unable to place my order at the the price of the offer. Asked for a supervisor but didn't get one. Finally said forget it and walked out an extremely unsatisfied customer!

You really need to train your staff not to argue with the costumers. I know what the difference between cream and coffee looks like. Either way you should never have to argue with staff, if I customer asks you to remake something.just do it.

Covid protocols are not followed very well by customers and staff seem powerless to enforce. Given a recent exposure in New Minas, you would hope people would be more diligent.

They got our order wrong, which is completely fine as accidents happen and normally wouldn't bother me. However, the staff tried to argue with me and blame me for the order being wrong. Their attitudes were very poor when I just wanted to get the right coffee. I recommend better customer service training for current and future employees.

Because of the coronavirus, you are expected to wear a mask. Just remember don't take your anger towards the math out on the workers. Enjoy your coffee

I went through for a quick lunch.got a iced coffee that had no taste (dumped it out) and a grilled chicken wrap that had a FEW PIECES of chicken and was swimming of mayo I had to toss it out too. Time to find a new lunch place

Waste of time. 50 min I drivethru for a coffee. Don't go there if you want to wait an hour for anything

They did not have peanut butter cookies, they NEVER have peanut butter cookies, EVERY OTHER TIMS in this area had PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES, no one wants stupid oatmeal raisin cookies, BRING US THE PB BACK.

Took a friend there for a snack, Shaffer not as friendly this for some reason, but did their job.

Nothing overly fancy, but room was spotless, bathroom was new with great rainfall shower head that I could get under and it had everything we needed for our stay. Staff was fabulous and very accommodating when weather forced us to cancel our first night at very short notice. Would definitely stay here again

Depending on the Tim Hortons were talking about, I have had poor luck at one of them and great success at the other, the Tims in the mall has excellent staff, always clean, fairly busy. The stand alone has a staff of Neanderthals, the order is always wrong. And mostly grumpy people.

Worst customer service experience of all time, try to complain about an overly hostile and horrible employee and get threatened by "acting" management instead of heard, corporate will deal with this!

Have been going to this Tim Hortons for a number of years and always found the staff to be pleasant and efficient.
