Tim Hortons

Probably one of the worst Tim’s I’ve been through. The had 7 people working and only one of those people focused on counter. My food was made incorrectly so instead of the normal 10 minutes It took 25 for an ice cap and French vanilla. Ridiculous.

Came in to order drinks for my team that work nearby, the girl that served me was not friendly, no hello, no smile just "what can I get for you". I gave my order then tried to ask for my receipt twice but couldn't get a word in as she was talking with her coworkers. I paid in cash and she didn't wash her hands before starting the drinks, she marked a drink wrong as well. I come here often and usually great service and clean environment but today was not good.

Really horrible service. The guy on the drive thru didn't even greet, or looked at us. He gave the food and drink like he was throwing at us. I would understand if it's busy but it wasn't at all. Literally us on the drive thru. And when I asked for coffee without ice, they gave me with ice and I asked kindly sorry I asked for no ice. He looked at me so annoyingly! And gave me half of cup of the coffee! Seriously it's ridiculous

Visiting from out of province and we can say this Tim Hortons far exceeds the ones I’ve been to for sure! Well done with baked goods, cleanliness and food quality. I hope to find other Tim Hortons locations as good as this one!

Yesterday I was visiting with my family The food was good but they burned my begal I Just asked for toasted with butter but when I opened it the begal was dark black from the corner. But the overall atmosphere is very quiet n nice peaceful. ️

I always have a wonderful experience at any Tim Hortons I stop at. The staff is always very friendly and willing to answer any questions a customer might have. The food is great and drinks are good most of the time. I have received a bad drink a few times but the staff are willing to replace it or give me my money back. Very accommodating.

I could see that they were short on staff, but the garbage cans in the eating area were overflowing and the tables needed attention. I politely mentioned that to one of the staff as I was leaving. I have seen some Tim's close the eat in areas lately due to staffing issues.

Come here a lot, and this is the second time that they have not honored a corporate approved promotion, i seriously question the training or enforcement of the promotions if the staff cant understand what is posted

I went through the drive thru on a mobile order and when I got to the window the worker had to tell me the birthday donut wasn't available. It's my actual birthday and I mentioned that and laughed. He came back with extra birthday timbits just to make my day special. Thank you for your kindness Lee!

I like using the mobile app. It saves time, I don't need to waste time paying, and I usually can just walk in and grab my order and run. The Tim's on 16 Kiltearn Row Dartmouth must not get many mobile orders. They never checked the monitor until after I was standing there for 3 cash orders. My order was in 3 minutes before I got there and 10 people were served before I left.
My advice to all.do the drive thru at this location.

Service is good and coffee is consistent. Just very hard to get out of the parking lot safely sometimes.

Cobiquid Tim's is the worst rims for drive through 3 cars in line and it's min of 20 min wait girls are always to busy gabbing about personal things

Went in this morning for an everything bagel double toasted with butter. Opened it up, not only was it not double toasted but it was cold and there was enough butter on it to cover at least 4 more, disgusting

Halifax NS - Coffee not stirred very well. Sugar all in the bottom of cup. Borden PEI - Coffee is always excellent, consistent and well stirred.

Had a very large order for over 16 people and the staff processed it seamlessly and very effectively! Very good service and clean facility.

Manager made me feel very unwelcome in this store. My first bad experience with any Tim Horton’s employee. Can not believe the disrespect I was given. She was completely unprofessional.
