I think they're trying to blend in with the dump up the road. Also couldn't get a double-double right if they tried half the time.

Great staff and service was quick and friendly. Drinks made perfect as requested and breakfast sandwiches were delicious.

Great location with a lot of place to park. Depending on the time of day you go, the lines will be super long for the drive-thru. When the lines are super long the service inside kind of slows down but it may still make sense to go inside if the line is super long.
I usually grab breakfast when it's in a slow period. Super convenient because it's at the gas station too.

So I work on the road and stop in quite frequently and twice today once around 730am and again at 1230 the lady at the sandwich bar is screaming as loud as she can she needs this she needs that, someone asked to switch positions and she yelled "no because I said so". Overall the staff is great there, very polite and greet with smiles, to the point they noticed a team member might be alittle stressed. However this 1 lady is on a horrible power trip and it's making myself and other customers with children around uncomfortable.

This is the worste Tim Horton ever every day they have no toilet paper and you tell them just say ok and do nothing what a joke I'm going to poo in your dinning area next time

Drive thru services getting worse everyday. Missing items and napkins. Not a one time and poor food quality.

They need to improve customer service, they should strive to be more friendly to customers. The products are good.

Went to this place on Tuesday got exponentially great service.thanks my guy haneesh finally some good people working there.

Was in today & waited for 16mins for a large coffee & a bagel & cream cheese.looked like they didnt even put any on.took 4 people to make my bagel.avoid this location

Dirtiest washroom I have ever seen in a tim Horton's. 9am and the toilet had not been cleaned in at least 2 days. Went back in 4 hours later and still not clean. Tim Horton's establishment should be ashamed.

Honestly, i really dislike this location. They are always so chaotic and only randomly Friendly. The food is still tims standard. Oh yeah and they shut down the sandwiches randomly so br prepared for that.

I stopped going here because I don't like their coffee and the staff bickering is off putting. They don't appear to enjoy their jobs.

Love the customer service and the two drive thru ladies in the morning are great! Food is great but lately who ever is making the food doesn’t put the peanut butter on for you. It’s too much to have to pull over to put your own peanut butter on your English muffin when on the go with a child or for yourself. Also toasting the bread a little more feels like it was just put on without toasting. That includes breakfast sandwiches, English muffins or bagels.

What a wonderful establishment! The staff there are so kind and I just can't get enough of that Cameron guy, he's always so enthusiastic. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Love this location! Been going here for a year now, the staff are so polite and respectful! Jasper and the daytime crew have it going on! Garcha and Shobit hold down the afternoon shift like champs! Highly recommended this location!

So friggin slow inside, when there's sombody in the drive thru they cater to them, sat in line for 10 mins waiting for a fruit explosion muffin they had 3 left, they sold the drive thru all 3 before taking my order, I ended up leaving dissatisfied

Gurvinder, one of the Afternoon/evening people in drive thru is absolutely the worst Tim Hortons employee I've ever met.
Will mess up your order literally every single time, and when you say that you were given the wrong thing, his go-to line is "so, what do you want? ".

Avoid this tims at all costs, just head to the one in Bayer's lake instead, you'll actually get what you paid for.

The Manager of the store is wearing gloves using the cash register running the drive thru and making peoples food with dirty gloves on.
