Tim Hortons

Looks promising from the outside… but once inside it’s a whole different story. This has got to be one of the slowest Tim Hortons I’ve experienced for having such few patrons. I was wondering why the McDonald’s drive thru right beside them was bustling and Tim’s had next to no one.usually Tim Hortons is much more popular than McDonald’s for a morning coffee run, now I see why.

Their French vanilla is good. Most of items are not available. Like veg fries. Overall good

Used to be great, now they make every drink wrong. Go to bayers lake and wait, at least it would be made correct with out any attitude.

Terrible manager Michelle. Told me I was a child for not going to the correct line. There is nothing to indicate lines. There are 2 counters and no signs. So I lined up at a cash. She refused to serve me even after waiting 5 minutes to have some one serve me. When I asked her how am I supposed to know where to line up she called me a child and that I should assume to go to the other counter.

Update: the new staff is AWFUL and we have permanently switched locations because of this. They're ONLY Indians and they don't speak English while at work, highly disrespectful to speak other than national languages while at work! (English or French only!) btw I'm also an immigrant but it would never cross my mind to speak my national tongue in front of customers, because it's RUDE!

They ALWAYS mess up the order, never answer the phone, they DONT fix the problem or refund your money and they're extremely rude.

Disgusted by the whole location and you went from 5 to 1 stars with me.

I just ordered $50 worth of food and several items came wrong, like this one, an $11 sandwich which was supposed to be ONLY butter, turkey and cheese, nothing else.

Instead I received ham, NOT turkey, no butter, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomatoes AND extremely dry cheese slices.

I tried calling them and after 35 minutes they finally answered. No help was offered unless I spent more money on going all the way back to get a new one.no thx!

Ordered 3 sausage breakfast sandwiches, got home and they were egg sandwiches, when I went back an employee making em glared at me the whole time while they remade them. Been to dozens of tims and nothing like thi has ever happened

Drive thru customer service sucks, especially during morning rush hours. Was trying to order double toasted bagel I repeatedly mentioned same and still got my bagel lightly toasted with my unstirred coffee!

5: 46 PM, 13-Sep. This is the rice that I ordered, look how juicy it is? And it take 15 mins to be cook. One female server she is very rude, that how she tell me: The rice is definitely cooked, if is juicy I can put in the microwave but is all on you if the taste ruined.

The level of service really depends on the time of day. They only have one register open and it can be really slow. During certain times of day the line is out the door. At 6am the coffee is fresh at least

The single worst Tim hortons experience I have had in 20 years across 9 provinces.

Ordered a medium coffee with 2 milk and 2 sweetener, received 8 milk and 2 sweetener, and when the employee handed out my change he dropped nearly 3 dollars on the ground, and refused my attempts to get help recovering my money.

The employee working with him laughed at the situation and walked away.

Not at all what I expect when I choose to spend my money at a business.

It’s quick, clean, and always ready to go. I visit this location regularly during my morning walk and the staff are polite and professional. Their selection of donuts, food, and beverages is enormous and fresh. Nothing bad to say about early morning visits here. Thank you to the staff and owner.

Drive thru is the worst. They don't understand English. Always getting my orders wrong. Other than that they are rude and clueless when requesting for other things like a bag for my order and gave me a small bag.

Cheap when it comes to a bagle, very small portion of cream cheese. I don't like the seating arrangement, they have a difficult time speaking English. The menu is hard to understand, it keeps flipping on their screen. It was better before they renovated the place,

The Only Tims in the entire City that get my order right the first time. Staff are friendly too so it's a plus! I can tell how this location is properly managed.

Completely renovated. Modern, clean, bright and comfortable with what seems like more communal seating. A very busy and bustling location.

Very bad experience in this tim hortons. I was in store and had given order to the lady name Ashley. She was really rude and didn’t even repeat my order. Feel bad and never gonna come back on this tim. I think they should know how to behave with customers specially that lady.

This place is classic. They feed your these magic beans for which you keep coming back. At the same time, no delays, possibly via drive through for a faster service cos you just can't wait.

Good staff, fast. But the short drive thru affects parking lot traffic that users like up on the wrong side of the lane. The bathroom path crosses the busy workers line of travel (coming and going from drive thru area). This is a recipe for disaster.

Also the new drive thru digital display is nice but not at 6am when it is dark. Too bright, like staring at the sun. It needs a blue hue or softer. Not red, that could make one sleepy.

Most of the time when I visit they don't have any beyond meat burgers to serve. It means that they don't wanna serve vegetarian people's.

Just ordered a couple meals from here. They told me I could order a wedges poutine, then told me after I’d paid that I they couldn’t do that after all. The man at the cash (a young white man wit a short brown beard) was NOT friendly and obviously doesn’t want to be there. He barely spoke to me while I paid and never smiled.

The employee who told him to tell me they couldn’t make the poutine was very confusing and said something to me about “So you want.the cheese thing? Okay. ” before walking away without waiting for a reply.

I had no idea what she was asking me, and said so to the cashier. He started telling me that his coworker is very tired and just came back from a long break. I just wanted to know if they’d heard my order correctly and if they could make the chili cheese wedges or if I was bringing home plain wedges for the person who’d wanted poutine. Instead of clarifying, he treated me like I was being inappropriate to ask and picking on his coworker.

I apologized at least four or five times for being confused and possibly hurting the other employee’s feelings. I tried to explain I’d had a prior incident at another Tim’s location similar to this which ended up rather stressful, and that I just wanted to make sure I’d communicated clearly.

The cashier did not said “that’s okay” or anything remotely forgiving or reassuring. He said nothing at all, and ignored me as if I hadn’t spoken, aside from staring me in the eye with no smile for a few seconds. He made me VERY uncomfortable, particularly as someone who has been treated very poorly by men I don’t know in the past.

I will not be returning to this location again any time in the near future. The cashier was unfriendly, unkind and made me feel like I was doing something wrong and making a personal attack on his coworker for saying I was confused by what she’d said.

I used to like this Tim’s location. But I won’t be coming back any time soon. I don’t know what is wrong in the cashier’s life, but he needs to learn to leave it at home and not take out his bad mood on customers with reasonable questions.

Tim Hortons has been going downhill for a long time. From bad corporate decisions like the new lids, to price increases that make their coffee and baked goods as expensive as far superior cafes, Tim's just isn't the best bang for your buck coffee anymore. The second star is for nostalgia.

The woman at the window was super friendly. Coffee was meh but that's been NS Tim's lately. Bagel was perfect with cream cheese over the hole as it should be!

Always great service and super friendly. You'd get 5 stars, but you forget the vanilla for my vanilla iced coffee too often.

Called ahead to see if they had Chile. Employee knew who I was right away. Got my 2 bowls of fresh delicious Chili. Thank you for the great service

I like the Tim Hortons in Lacewood more than going to Mc. Donalds for coffee and breakfast. It's a lot more laid back at Tims. It's mostly quiet and not a lot of kids are in there kicking and screaming. And now Roll Up The Rim is back, it's more of a reason to go to Tims.

Asked for dark roast coffee and got tea. Carried it back and got my coffee and then it was made with to much sugar. Not a great experience this time around.

This Tim hortons is usually fairly clean and the staff are mostly friendly but you can guarantee that they will get your order wrong 95% of the time.

The sausage breakfast sandwich on a 4 cheese bagel is awesome as well as the fresh hashbrowns but the coffee is lacking
