Very slow drive thru was 4th car in line 15 min wait and no way to leave lineup to go inside

This Tim Horton’s will tow your car if you park in the empty drive thru parking lot for less than an hour. The staff treated my elderly mother-in-law with hostility and sarcastically asked her if she was going to order something when she went requested information on the missing car. I suspect underhanded agreement with the local towing company. Avoid. This is not a friendly or community oriented place.

I was here on Tuesday, Mar 28 between 3: 30 & 4 pm, it was very busy with approximately 10 to 12 cars in the drive through, I decided to go inside, there were three other people besides myself there, I had the opportunity to watch the three staff members working this shift, I thought wow this is way too much for three people (which I still believe it is), however I never saw three more efficient and effective working employees than those three. They had a system that worked so well and they worked together like a fine tuned machine, Bravo to them, please pass this on to them. Thanks

Amazing late-night staff. Visiting a family member in the hospital we visited this restaurant frequently. The staff were always friendly! The coffee and tea hot and fresh.

Ordered 2 Farmer Wraps and Coffee, when I got home both Wraps had no sauce on them they were very dry.

Nobody wears a mask, they don't care about their customers and they're very slow. We ordered a simple cold brew and 6 assorted donuts before leaving the house hoping to save some time. They didn't even see the order though and let us stand there for 3 drive thru orders before even acknowledging us. Taking 10 minutes to grab some coffee and donuts is crazy. Their selection is very small, thankfully we didn't order the specialty donuts we were going to because they didn't have them or 75% of the other donuts on the menu. This is the second time we've gone here and have been disappointed and we won't be giving them another chance.

Staff doesn't know the difference between timbits that is sugar coated and glazed donuts. I order 10 tidbits none with sugar coating. She kept saying I can only give you old fashion, that's the only kind we have that isn't glazed. I said glazed is fine, none that have sugar coated. I get 4 plain old fashion, 4 old fashion with chunks of sugar soating and 2 honey dip.

Given today's work force it's best to go in the early morning. That's when the most experienced people work who understand customer service.

They never get an order right! I constantly have to go back to get my tea corrected (it’s not rocket science). No apologies let alone a complimentary drink. Rude staff. Awful

Tim's used to be a fine Canadian institution. Since being owned by a Brazilian conglomerate it's gone downhill big time. They also don't sell anything with Merry Christmas on it. Crappy food offerings.
