Ordered a Jalapeño bagel sausage breakfast sandwich. They gave me a english muffin instead. And all the chocolate peeled of my boston cream. Typical tims

I would stop going if I didn't love the Harvest Farmer Wrap. Cashier's don't seem to know their own menu as I have to prompt them to click the right buttons. This shows that management clearly do not properly train their employees. Not to mention ordering from their app is a nightmare. My heart aches for anyone who works at any Tims in the HRM, but this one specifically.

The two stars is for the friendly young guy that works there. I don’t know his name. I go to this location because it is closest to where I live, but I am gonna have to start going back to the 4 corners Tims. I’ve lived out here since July and I get at least one tea a day, and have had maybe 5 good teas in total from this Tim Hortons. They never, ever have fresh steeped tea brewed. And the audacity they have to give old tea and actually make us pay for it is unreal. Today my tea was completely inedible. I’ve seriously never tasted a tea that bad. It didn’t even taste like tea at all. I don’t usually exaggerate… I’ll drink an old tea without making a complaint. But whatever they gave me today makes me worried.
Aside from the freshness of the tea, they also lack in consistency when it comes to sugar. Sometimes it’s way too sweet, other times you wouldn’t think there’s any sugar. Unless they started scooping the sugar from a bowl, I don’t know how they can even mess that up that much? You pick a size on the machine, and the amount of sugars requested. It’s not that hard.

Always a best place to pick early day Bevs and morning bakeries.
I activated and did the Tims challenge and ordered all that was needed as well as extras but the challenge dint get done with, Bad of that but will visit again obviously.

Friendly staff, but I ordered a large iced cap around 10: 30am that when I lifted it to drink, I could smell something sort of sour smelling. I took a sip in case it was coincidence and stopped immediately, it tasted extremely spoiled. It tasted tangy and like sour milk. The syrup on the lid smelled like iced cap that had been sitting in a car for a few days.
Either the milk used or the syrup used was definitely expired /spoiled.

I Usually don’t come to this tims but the few times I have there’s been no issue. Let’s hope this was just a one time occurrence!

Staff are for the most part friendly, but you should only get cream cheese on a bagel if you're willing to spend $1.00 for less than half a teaspoon of it.

Someones gotta get Shannon on the drive thru under control, give that girl break or day off or something. We all have bad days, I get that. Don't be in the customer service industry if someone ordering a simple chicken sandwich and drink ruins your attitude. Plus my drink wasn't even mixed: , (

Love Tim's, but traffic is nasty, Drive though goes behind parked cars so if line up you will be there for a while. They need a Reno.

Fast and Accurate. They serve good coffee and remember who you are and what you get every time you come here.

Tim's has gone downhill over the past few years. Every time I order food they manage to screw it up one way or the other. I this Burger King owns it now and they have ruined a Canadian treasure. Ol' Tim is probably rolling in his grave right now as I type this. Disappointed!

Now I know why Canadians loves Tim Hortons. Cheap and tasty donuts and coffee. If you like very sweet things like me, taste the bigger French Vanilla coffee you can find. My favorite donut is the sour cream, if you need a suggestion to start with.

Bagel was just okay. My wife asked for a spoon to stir in additional sugar and was handed a disgusting piece of silverware.
The is just no pride anymore. Haven't been in a Tim Horton's for some time and this won't encourage me to go back.

Same old same.old with exception of waffle egg sandwich. Very nice. Prices up again
