We came and we were the only people there and an employee didnt come to the cash to serve us until we had waited there 10 minutes

I have ordered twice telling the staff that I have allergies why don’t they change their gloves before I get an allergic reaction this is the second time I have to be scared for my life

Turn around and head to Mac Donald's. The food at this Tom Hortons tasted old and cold. The hash brown tasted as is it had been made yesterday the egg muffin was cold. Horrible food;. Took hash brown back but there are no fresh ones It seems as if they have precooked all of today's and have them sitting. Yuk yuk yuk

avoid this location at all costs! Mac Donald's made me a fresh hash brown and it was delicious

The app wasn't working so I couldn't get my free coffee or get any Roll Up the Rim to win. I ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich and received a bacon breakfast sandwich. Not the best experience I've had at Tim's but it doesn't happen very often so I will return.

Employees seem rather preoccupied with each other and they aren't as engaging as employees ought to be, in my opinion.

My order is 2 cream. How is this difficult? Two cream. I get black. I get espresso. I get weird teas. But rarely do they actually give me the 2 cream I’ve ordered.

Stood at the cash waiting for my order to be taken while employees just stood there talking amongst themselves, had to ask someone to take my order. Go drive-thru, dont waste your time going inside.

In my opinion, this Tim Hortons Location is one of the worst I have ever been a customer at. Usually I do not post reviews but I’m willing to make an exception. This location has several health and efficiency concerns, this includes cross contamination of food, under staffed, and they have a reputation of messing up orders. The staff at this location are over worked resulting in sloppy work ethics including how they perform while working. I am also extremely upset with how myself and my partner were treated by the staff. Over all, would NOT recommend this location.

My wife and I go here daily and have recently stopped. Constantly have to repeat your order, correct the cashier's behind the counter (even when it's not busy). The manager blames it on new hires but it's listening that is the issue. Today for instance, I ordered a donut and french vanilla cappuccino, I got a donut and a hot chocolate. It was too busy to go back in and I needed to setup for work. The other day was the first day that I experienced first class customer service and I don't even remember their name, but he was super pleasant, took the order and confirmed we had everything! He should be the manager and an example of how those workers should be. Especially, in a society where they expect tips.

A good Timmy's in a decent spot. Service is OK, they can be busy when you are ordering food by walk in. Food is good too.

I enjoyed a rare Tim's beverage in a very community feeling location I've never been to. Great atmosphere!

What an unbelievable lack of customer service skills! I ordered a roast beef and cheddar sandwich in the drive through. At the window I was handed a roast beef craveable. I explained I had ordered the sandwich, not the craveable and that I would pay the difference but that's what I wanted. Instead of just correcting the mistake, TWO employees then argued with me that I had ordered the craveable. Until this post I've never even used the word craveable. I got my money back and left. Won't be back to that location. You don't earn my business by gaslighting me.

This is worst Tim Hortons - they get my order wrong almost every day - today for example the lady at the window was very rude.the need better customer service

The main drive thru exit pavement needs repairs, my car bottoms out every time leaving the exit.

Go to this Tim Hortons almost every day for the past 2 years. Either never have products or need to double check, all the time. Also not sure if they have trouble understanding through the mic, but they never seem to hear since the order always has to get repeated multiple times. Owners need to invest more in helping their staff to reduce these issues because this is bar none, consistently the worst tim hortons drive through ever

Absolutely the worst tims in the city. 30+ minute wait in line with no one past the the order station. After that wait I was met with a 10 minute wait at the window at witch point I was given the wrong order twice once I was finnaly given the correct order I found a burnt and dried out wrap that wasn't even fit for a dog too consume.

Ordered a cold brew today and not only was there a fly in it but also a hair that was clearly not mine I have been going here for years and can say the place has gone downhill big time over the past few years. Rude staff, always out of what you want to order, taste of anything you order is always off, I could go on and on. Check out a different Tim’s if you can!

Called ahead to get a large coffee order. Friendly staff person had everything ready when I arrived.

Pathetic service
I went there this Saturday and there were two ladies at the front. They took 25 minutes after reaching there to give me my online order. Store was not busy. And what more no apologies. They need more training damn slow staff i have ever seen in my life.

Coffee don't really taste good like a real good coffee it's just cheap compared with others.so not recommended for coffee lovers
