Tim Hortons

This Tim Hortons is a much bigger than any other ones I have been in. They are always very busy, but they have a great team of workers. I am in a line of many people and the workers just have a great connection and the line is moving fast. They also are very friendly, patient when I was trying to make up my mind what I wanted and all of them are always smiling. They really have a great sistem going, nonstop. It is like they make you feel so special and as I was going in I started smiling, even in the big line up, I was still smiling as I was leaving. To everyone they always say have a great day, and I could feel that they really are a very special team and they care about their costumers.

Coffee is always fresh and made right! Each time I visit the employees are so friendly and efficient!

I came here on Friday evening just to spend some good time alone. After getting my order, I sat down and started having my meal while enjoying reading. The staff was so loud so I requested the supervisor to please tell her staff to be less noisy. It was evening time and the whole staff was talking loudly, having personal conversations at work place. The supervisor was so disrespectful and said nobody have any problem so what’s wrong? I was a customer right in front of her who had trouble with such loud personal conversations. But the supervisor did not even bother to ask her crew members to be professional and stop speaking so loudly. I said no more and went back to my seat. And right after the crew member started talking behind my back how I should go to library to read a book. It was not about reading, it was just about why a customer is getting to hear staff’s personal conversations. The conversations were not at all related to work. I came back two times to have a word with the manager. But everytime I came may it be lunch time or dinner time, no manager was there or maybe the staff was just not wanting me to talk to their manager. Nobody even tried to tell the manager know what happened during his/ her absence and how a customer was being treated by their supervisor.
The food was alright but I feel like customer service is lot more than just giving decent quality food. The staff at this location is not at all professional. They don’t have good work ethics. And the supervisor doesn’t know how to stop escalating an issue. If she would have stopped her staff to misbehave at work place. I would not have written such a long paragraph explaining my situation. I hope now the manager or higher authority sees a customer’s concern.

Pups and I often go through at lunch time, staff are always nice and remind me that good dogs need timbits, so I buy a LOT of timbits here. They all deserve a raise.

Ordered assorted timbits, and they give me tons of junk. Such waste of money. Never order from this store.

The food is good. I had the loaded habeñero chicken wrap and bowl and they were both very good.

This place is amazing! The employees here are constantly busy, but they all seem to take time to give a smile to their customers. Well done to you all! I also noticed they are able to keep up with the constant flow of customers, and this place is still clean and well kept up. Please pass this onto your employees.

They messed up our order. It was okay, but the way the dealt with it wasn’t. The crew who handled the order were rude. We started to think whether she was customer or we were the customer. Lot of arrogance and attitude. We are not going to this Young Street Tims anymore. It looks like this Tim hires members who talk in another language between them and customer remains dumb. Avoid this Tims. Esso Tims is right next to it and is far better, always courteous.

Ordered two Wraps, were not clearly labeled leading to confusion, ordered a black coffee and it is labeled "B" but definitely has atleast 1 sugar in it, woman at window was unprofessional

Improving, better, more enjoyable, quickly corrects mistakes/errors (and provides an explanation).

Very very noisy staff, always yelling back and forth to each other. I'll have to bring my headphones with next time. How can you enjoy your coffee with all the yelling? And the WiFi doesn't connect to the internet, I've tried 7 times this year. I pay for it when I buy coffee, they're cheating me.

Every time I come here which is basically everyday, my drink is ALWAYS made wrong. Honestly better off going to one near by instead of this one. My iced coffee is never good.

Drive thru person did not scan my phone so i lost out on my roll up and points. I had my phone and cash out, she took the cash first. Instead of making it right, they blamed me and argued with me.

The new staff are not well trained, many mistakes, delays. If there is less than one start I'll give it.

Better than the one on Mumford road, that's for sure.they have this problem of getting simple orders wrong.

Service and employee Covid protocol is A1, the Employer does not ensure that mandatory masks are worn upon entry, leaving masked customers and employees at risk.

Has a very large parking lot. Trucks can park here. Has Esso gas pumps.and store. Plaza nearby. Wheel chair. Access.

As time for Tim Hortons. Of late, service at most locations has gotten better. Drive thru at most locations has, in my experience gotten orders accurate, which for a while was really going down hill.

They always mess up our orders.when I told them about it they told me to go to another Tims and I go there 7 days a week and I spent 25 dollars a day over that store on young street

This is the third time the waiter has ordered the wrong order. When I asked for an explanation, the waiter chose to remain silent

Usually a very busy location, but the line ups don't take too long. Shares a parking area with an Esso garage. There's a drive through as well.

The worst tim horton's I have ever been to. I have gone to this location 10+ time in the past year and about 80% of the time my food order take way to long and there is usually something wrong with it. (Coffee is never a problem) if you want food go somewhere else!

Is not bad but overall. Service is slow sometimes. Staff change almost on daily basis and people not stick around and that is the reason the orders are sometimes got delayed due to the ongoing training of the new staff members.
Whoever left from the old staff are very prompt and fast with the right attitude.

Fast service, got all of my lengthy somewhat confusing order correct, and it didn't take any longer than a simple order of a few coffees does. Friendly staff; gladly left a good tip for the staff.

I go to tims on young st in halifax every day with my wife.i spend well over 100 dollars a week.n im getting f kin tired that evrry time i get my order wrong.i would understand if it was busy but its not.if they would shut up long enough to properly make my order right i would be so happy.i am a fool cause even thought my order is wrong i still leave a big gratuity.next tim i might leave a message in the metro.thank you. Lots and lots of pokemon spawns in the parking lot at this location. Caught a shiny bagon here so that is. Unfortunately service here is usually a little slow but it's still Tim's so you know what you are in for.

I don't complain. But the service was horrid. Stood there for 5min. Not exaggerated time. Real time while staff played the pretend we don't see him because they had some sort of thing going on. Not an acknowledgement. A be with u in a minute we're behind. Nothing. And there was no recovery when I ordered. Just a what can I get you. Here you go. Full spot. Booooo!
