Tim Hortons

Ordered thru the drive thru, order was wring at the window and the scanner forthright app was down. Young lady that first served us would not fix the order, she had the other team member assist us, I had to let him know what the issue was

Always been my Favourite Tim hortons for drinks and potato wedges but now a days whenever I visit this Tim Hortons and ask for Potato wedges and every time they said ‘NO we don’t have that; even after 2 or 3 pm. This is so ridiculous, it only take 15 minutes to air fry wedges.

I wanted to put $30 on my Tim's card on my phone. Then pay for my food and drink. The guy told me it can't be done. I told him I do this often and yes it can. He argued telling me no. His supervisor came over and I told her what I wanted and certainly no problem at all. This guy must have been new. The line grew by about 8 people while I stood there. I wish the people working there knew everything before they start working. My food was great.

I was able to get in, grab my order, and leave in no time flat. That is how Tim Horton's take out is supposed to go down. Well done!

Had to repeat my order 4 times to a surly employee who gave me the wrong coffee. By the time I noticed it I was too far away to go back. Make sure you speak really slowly when you order here and check your order before you leave.
