Only concerned about the drive thru, like most these days. Staff cannot be courteous and use simple manners, like saying thank you to a customer. This location just keeps getting worse. There are three in this town, can't imagine them all staying busy with this level of customer service.

AVOID THIS LOCATION
I’ve NEVER EVER seen a slower Tim Hortons in my entire life. 29 minutes to place my order and a total of 39 minutes to receive my order. All I ordered was an ice cap.
Beyond unacceptable.

Coffee is not so great and they have a lane closed when it’s always packed. No food or cookies at night. No sugar. Could be friendly and put on a Mask and gloves.
