Ordered an apple fridder and once i was done eating it, i looked at the bottom of the bag it was in and there were large flies.one of them was dead.never wanted to hurl so bad in my life

Awful customer service. I worked drive thru for over 4 years yeah it’s annoying sometimes but it is not hard.maybe put someone on the headset who can first off actually hear because we we’re yelling our order (music turned off & not in a loud car) and still couldn’t even order what we wanted because the person taking our order couldn’t hear & didn’t sound AT ALL like she wanted to take the time to hear anyways and second off someone who has the ability to not be the rudest person on earth to the customers? Idk yk just a thought.im gonna see if someone else wants my food because i’m not even in the mood to eat anymore that’s how icky y’all made me feel, also made my drink wrong and wouldn’t fix it because it was “already made” A+ guys. **im sure this isn’t everyone at your location however i’m very put off by this interaction and likely will not be coming back any time soon.

Late night stop for a coffee on the long drive home. Could have been home by the time we got our coffees. Poor chap was working by himself.

Why advertise selling ice coffee's, comma when you don't have the supplies to make them. 3rd day in a row. Worst Tim's in HRM

15 Bucks for a soggy 'crispy chicken wrap. Everyone is nice enough, but I had to force myself to eat my lunch today. Very disappointed

Incompétence on a whole new level. With only 1 customer in front of me with an order of $4.65 I waited 20 minutes before giving up and leaving the store to go find coffee elsewhere.

Bad service I ever had before
Ordered Chilli soup and waited for more than 20 minutes.
Also not mentioned ground beef included in the soup.

My grilled cheese sandwich was gross! Not fit to eat. I find their food sub standard. Just throwing your money away! I would give Mina's star if I could.

This used to be one of the best Tims but not anymore, just went through the drive through where I sat and waited at the speaker for nearly 5 mins after the guy said please wait, only to order drive round to the window and sit for a further 5 mins waiting while my drink was happily going cold next to the window and the girl making my sandwich just kept putting different breads through the toaster, in the end I got board and drove off, at no point did anyone even come to the window. Do yourself a favor and use St Margarets bay road

Ts is standard. But a fairly high standard. So 4 out of 5 because although the standard was met, nothing was spectacular in the transaction.

Probably the slowest tim hortons I have ever been to. I’m literally writing this review as I sit in the line for drive through which always no matter the time of day is an eternity. This place never seems to be able to function. All times of the day they are slow both drive through and in store. Time for the store to get some new staff or a new team leader to push them to do better.

Tim Horton sir franchise and you can expect a different experience at each location this one always manages to provide lower than expected results. The bare minimum here is a fortunate circumstance not a regular occurrence.

Excellent food and great prices. Fast friendly staff. Excellent coffee and delicious food. Two thumbs up

The staff is amazing! Sam especially helpful. My only wish is that more baked goods are made because.by 7 nothing is left

Waited over 10 minutes in a lineup of three people to be served by the staff - who honestly looked overworked and overwhelmed in their defense given a steady 1 PM rush. Ordered a quick lunch, chicken wrap, coffee and a donut. I then proceeded to wait another 15 minutes for my food while bearing witness to the employees yelling at a customer to wear a mask which then offset another group of customers to berate said customer who had a legitimate medical excuse. After waiting around 25 minutes for a wrap I just decided to ask for a refund and left. Not my cup of tea in regards to their customer service.

This is the slowest Timmy's I have been in. 2 breakfast meals, the only customer at the counter and took about 15 minutes if not more. As I left she, shrugged and said busy morning. What? I could have gone thru the drive thru at least twice.

It's Tim's, not bad food for a quick bite, the Boston creams are awesome. Tea and coffee are great

We had excellent service the person confirm my order to make sure it was correct and you are one of the few Tim Hortons that gets my order correct

Man 11 minute wait are you kidding me get more adults working there come on trying save penny. Worst tims this far. Be prepared to wait.

Always make sure you get the right bag of food. Constantly get other people's orders instead of ours through the drive through

They can't get it right.
But it still costs 2 bucks.
I remember the day of the 5 cent coffee.quit the difference.

Almost always get my order wrong in the drive through. I’d recommend checking your bag before driving away.

We appreciated the management taking the time to address our concerns and the young lady on rhe cash for her patience. With us since we had people with.disablites with us we were there between 1 and 2 tu

The drive thru line up was very slow. I was excited to have my first pumpkin slice latte of the season and am so disappointed. It has very little flavor and no pumpkin spice flavor at all.

Coffee is hit and miss and when it comes to prepared food they often run out of items and it takes them forever to prepare food.

Theres 9 employees standing around doing nothing and it takes 5 minutes for 1 thing from 9 people. Worst service ever no thank you's. Any other Tim Hortons is fine.

They did a mistake with my order, in general nothing is wrong with it, nobody is perfect, however, the really wrong thing that they even did not say sorry.

After hurricane this team is doing a amazing job at serving all the people in the line up store 766 tim hortons you rock

With all the police officers there I feel really safe, they should hire more lady officers about 5/5 135 lbs and Tim's would double their business and all the bad people would turn themselves in, I know that I would.

Every morning I look forward to seeing lorianne's happy face! Customer service at it's best. She is a prime example of a great employee!

Very good coffee specially the Espresso. Food is always fresh and relatively @ reasonable price.

Server was nice. This location wasn't the cleanest. The doors were heavy with finger prints. Spilled coffee on the service counter. Tables werent great. Washroom was good.

Everytime I go to this location it's a disaster. Firstly, there is always only one drive thru open. Secondly, if I go through the drive thru they ALWAYS give me the wrong order. Thirdly, they are extremely slow with all services. I think they need to implement a better training program for new hires as well. The girl waiting on me tried to make a London fog and almost burned herself with the steamer because she wasn't sure on how to make it. This place is a hot mess.

1 out of 3 orders are right. So if your looking for food make sure you look at it before leaving

I go here at least once per week. Its clean enough but the service is often slow. They have to 2 cash registers but usually only 1 is open, even if there is a line. Sometimes when there is no line I have to wait a few minutes because staff are busy doing other things behind the counter.

If it's not bad enough Tim's keeps jacking up the prices, it's worse when this spot has one of the slowest drive thrus in HRM which seldom gets my order 100% correct. Not so bad if you go in the storefront tho.

The front door has something wrong with it, the servers don't want to serve me. Twice in a row I've had to politely stand there like an idiot with a crying baby hoping someone will give me what I ordered or tell me where they put it. And then the coffee tastes gross. Old. Burnt. Not drinkable. I left it outside. Never going to this place again and avoiding Tim Hortons altogether.

Really.waited in line for 1/2 hour and watched folk who came in after me being served.when asked where the manager was.completely ignored.folk were leaving after waiting so long.orders all wrong.lots of kids working there, and NO supervisor!

Very slow counter service. Was faster to leave the line get into my car and use the Drive Thru.
