"Super friendly service"
Edit 2023 July - terrible service and couldn't speak to a manager - was told to come back on Tuesday.

Consistent in my experience, love my Timmies. My favorites are their cold brews and iced coffees, breakfast sandwiches.

I love the Honey crullers at Tim's, they are so fluffy and nice for a snack on the go, I also like their iced coffee, not very sweet and not very bitter, perfect balance of flavor. One of the bathrooms was nice and clean, but one of them was absolutely Gross and people there were nice and friendly

Worst customer service ever! Sara took my order and has zero customer service skills. This tim hortons really need some good workers.

My favourite Tim’s in HRM by far. I never wait long even during busy times and food and drinks are very consistent. Erica and her staff are so friendly and take it from good to great.

It’s a Tims, you know what you’re getting. Haven’t frequented since they overcomplicated RUTR. We’re 0-4 on getting Timbits from this location, never any stocked.

Great food. But the service inside is always very very slow. Like most Tim Horton's they want you using the drive thru and don't have the staff to service you inside. Plus tables are not cleaned off in a timely matter and recommend you bring wet wipes to clean off your table.

Had not visited Tim Hortons in almost two months and after waiting to be served at the counter due to drivethru priority. My order was forgotten. This because it was cleared from their overhead list because I can only guess that they wanted to keep recorded service times down.
Folks, if you care about real Canadian companies. Don't solicit Tim Hortons. If you cannot make your own coffee then buy it from an independent store that doesn't rely on TFWs to keep wages low and workers rights lower.
