Customers please be careful visiting Tim Hortons in Larry Uteck location. Most recently it has come to many pepple’s attwntion that the management is reluctant to adhere to health and safety food guidelines. Management is attempting to salvage spoiled food in order to limit shrinkage food waste. Please see many reviews on Google. Sister has food poising after eating their this morning lunch time.

This is warning to everyone who going tim horton Larry uteck try avoid and sue that! Bad reviews!

Hands down the worst Tim Hortons I've experienced. The staff alone made me boycott it. Every other Tim Hortons in the area are so much friendly and pleasant to deal with. Just awful. Never again.

First time back after renovation, only thought this Tim location would have a new face lift, including both the store and the staff. However, it’s very disappointing. The services was terrible before the renovation and remain the same after. Not only they get my order wrong (after countless time) the staff was also very rude when trying to fix their mistake. If you want a good experience, save yourself some trouble and find another location, I am sure it’s will be better than this one.

I used to visit this location 3-4 months ago before new renovation.all staffs were smiling and friendly. Yesterday i've been back and found nice renovation and i can tell lots of money invested for new renovation inside. However, this location should renovate new Oriental staffs as well.all front staffs never said even one word of THANK YOU or SMILE to my previous cutomers or me.seems like they have been bad day for a decade

First time visit after its renovation. Seems less tables for dining in, but I like the atmosphere especially at night.

A renovation was done, and the coffee shop was opened a couple of days ago. Very disappointing. A regular customer disenchanted.

I highly appreciate our neighborhood Tim Hortons for being more than just a coffee shop. The recent renovations and cultural wall decor beautifully connect us to our community's identity. The friendly workers, despite some being new with language barriers, make it a welcoming space. It's commendable that Tim Hortons supports newcomers by providing job opportunities, fostering inclusivity, and acknowledging that everyone was new at something once. This place truly feels like a community hub where growth and connection happen over a cup of coffee.

I have to say the servers are not professional and hard to communicate. I would rather go further to another Tim’s. Really unhappy!

We had to repeat our order more than 5 times (medium coffee with 1 milk and 2 sweetener) and although it wasn't busy when we were there, the table was messy but the coffee was yummy as always.

It's a pretty average Tims. Nothing much to say about this place except that it's generally pretty clean most of the time.

This is crazy, busyest time of the morning 8: 30am and the line up, wow! Waited on the left side to place my order, nothing! Then on the right right side 4 cars given orders before I mine was finally taken. While waiting in the line the for order the lady that was behind me was still waiting, the person had taken 3 orders on the right side again What the DARN. Very sloppy on the drive through.

This location used to be one of the best in the city.

However, this location, and Lacewood Dr.have since become two of the worst!

For the second time in a row, upon walking inside, I could hardly breathe cause of the smell of body odor throughout the entire restaurant. And, I once had to wait for over 15 minutes in the lineup, before losing my patience, because the all too many employees seemed to be doing a hole lot of absolutely nothing!

Every other Tim Hortons in Halifax (including this one needs to improve their hygiene standards, and customer service big time!

I won't even bother wasting my time at this location again.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I ordered a grill cheese and after waiting for 10 minutes along with over 5 customers waiting for their food I finally received my grill cheese. As I opened the wrapper and was about to take I bite I smelt a nasty smell and when I looked at the sandwich the bread was Moldy. THIS IS DISGUSTING! The service was slow and bad considering there were about more then 10 employees working. When I showed them they just made me a new one and the new one was poorly made. Huge cheese inside wasn’t melted and half of it is hanging outside the bread. This happened on Saturday July 8th 2023. And the slogan is always fresh but that’s a complete lie. Never been let down like this. Will never be buying from there anymore.

Really bad experience this morning. The lady who take my order I think she is Indian. I barely understand what she said, but it’s fine. I ask for black coffee. The first cup I got with milk, I ask to change because I order the black coffee. The second cup I got with the sweetener. I have to ask to change again. The third cup I got from her even the cover is not tight，when I drink it，the coffee spilled on my shirt and on the floor. Other customers even think that’s my fault and no staff come to help. So ridiculous.

Very dirty today.the window ledges are full of hair and food, windows have hand prints all over them, tables and floor are dirty as well. Mostly concerning the washrooms were disgusting, I’ve seen cleaner outhouses.
Will use the drive through in the future as inside is certainly a turn off.
Unfortunately I am a Tim’s regular but can’t praise this location. Sorry.

Horrible wait times, paid extra for cheese on a turkey bacon club sandwich and they made it without cheese or bacon, and overall disorganization makes this one of my least favourite locations. They're never are on the ball and I avoid going here if I can.

My breakfast sandwich had dirt on it. I thought it was just burn marks on the outside but when I bit into it I had to spit it out.

Go here almost everyday and have never gotten an order right. It is extremely irritating having to ask for things remade EVERY TIME. The person taking the orders always gets it down right but I never receive the proper order. Don't go to this tims: (

This is pertaining to today and the last few trips to this location. Today I stopped in to grab a tea and a sandwich. I received a burnt (literally black on the inside) sandwich. When I asked for a bag to put my napkins in I got no response other than an eyeroll. I know Tim's teaches employee their "stir" method so drinks are always good. They never stir their drinks. Reading other reviews it seems that this is a constant trend at this location. I do have experience running kitchens and so on and have been a manager for years. If you are having a bad day that's ok. But I always say please and thank you and I don't believe that deserves an eye roll or hateful attitude as I did nothing wrong. If you don't want to work there then find another job. It's that's simple.but the lack of care and kindness at the location is horrible. If I was the manager my staff would be having a serious conversation with me about what my expectations are. It is not a friendly welcoming location. It feels like the employees really just want you to shut up and leave. If this is considered acceptable customer service I would be more than happy to come train your staff for you. Free of charge if it means I can walk in and not feel like I'm making the employees lives extremely difficult by getting a tea and a sandwich.
