Very disappointed…. I visited (drive thru) this tim at 1: 15pm. The lady on the window was extremely rude. Didn’t even greet us. Packed and the chocolate chunk cookie with smiley on them however we asked for holiday cookie.i will never visit this location again.

The woman working management in the mornings is completely sour. If you don't intend to sit inside just go to Bayer's road instead.

In general I've had frequent order mistakes at this location (I'd have to assume they're underpaid or understaffed), and you really don't want to be dealing with someone trying their hardest to be difficult in that situation.

I dnt understand why people come for job if they don’t want to work. Very disrespect kind of customer service. One of the guy just keep the food on counter in such a disrespectful manner i felt like

Such a ridiculous staff. They just don’t know definition of customer service. No welcome on drive thru. 2 employees replying to 1 customer. I had asked for crispy chicken bowl. They said they don’t have it and they can’t take order for chicken on drive thru. I was ready to wait. They refused to take order. Management or ownership look into this.

The behaviour of the personnel was really really bad, i just call them today for asking something they cut my call before listening any thing, that was really rude i hope the owner of this tim hortons will be considering this issue seriously

It's one of the busiest Tim Hortons in the area. Their croissant is really good. If you want to sit in, make sure that you secure a place first as the place can be very crowded.

This thing happend with me thrice. Ordered vanilla latte and bagel with light butter but it came like heaps of butter on it and in vanilla latte there was nothing like that it came like am drinking choco latte. Really disappointed

A disgusting experience.come here if you like having the drive through employee first yawn without covering her mouth and directly after BURP in your face while handing you your order (this was not one of the senior people who have been employed here for years)

Slow staff. Just keep talking and doesn’t care about who is standing and waiting for the orders. Really need to do a lot of work on the staff.

Don't see why they get all the negativity. Staff could be better trained for speed and customer service, may be. They were never rude to us. Service took a bit though, ordered just FV n wrap, but there was noone in driveway so its all good with wait time.

To be honest, this is one of the worse Tim Hortons in Halifax, it is small and gets busy, hard to find a seat. Because it is so swamped, staff is usually under lot of pressure and stressed. There are better Tim Hortons around city, the only good thing of this one is being close to Walmart and Dollarama.

I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with the consistently poor customer service I have experienced at this Tim Horton location. As a frequent visitor, it saddens me to note that my recent visit only reaffirmed my concerns about the lack of dedication amongst the staff members and the overall quality of service provided.

First and foremost, the waiting time at this establishment continues to be excessively long, despite the queue not being particularly extensive. On this occasion, I was made to wait for nearly 10 minutes, mirroring previous experiences. It is disheartening to see that despite having more than seven staff members working at the front, the efficiency of service remains subpar.

One of the main issues I encountered was the apparent lack of understanding displayed by the employee taking orders. It was evident that she struggled to comprehend the items being ordered, leading me to assume that she was new in her position. However, when I inquired about her experience, she confirmed that she was not new, which further solidified my concerns regarding the dedication of the staff. Clear communication and knowledge of the menu are fundamental aspects of providing satisfactory customer service, and it was disconcerting to witness this lacking amongst the team.

Moreover, the overall demeanor of the staff members was far from welcoming. None of them had a cheerful or friendly disposition, which is an essential characteristic in the field of customer service. A warm and positive atmosphere plays a crucial role in ensuring a pleasant customer experience, and unfortunately, this was absent during my visit.

It is with a heavy heart that I feel compelled to write this review, as I genuinely hope that it will serve as constructive feedback for the management team of this Tim Horton store. I believe there is a pressing need for action to address these recurring issues and develop effective solutions to improve the level of customer service at this establishment.

In conclusion, I kindly request that the management team thoroughly evaluates the performance of the employees, focusing on their dedication, training, and understanding of customer needs. Additionally, consider implementing measures to foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, as it can significantly enhance their overall experience.

I trust that the management team will take the necessary steps to rectify these concerns promptly. Tim Hortons has a reputation for excellence, and it is my sincere hope that the management will restore the high standards that have come to be expected from the brand.

If possible could you please make sure your staff speak and understand english, if it was not for one of your older workers, we would have had a hell of a time placing our order. Even with help we ended up going back to get the rest of our order, which was placed in a different area.

Just saw other comments about rude staff and now I am not amazed at all as Most of the stuff on menu they dont have and close all the machines early and if I said in drive thru, the guy who was taking order ran to drive thru window to abuse me with his face fully outside, was so unreal behaviour and worst customer service

The one of the most rude staffs in the entire tim hortons.please try to teach them some basic customer service. Atleast teach them how to take the orders
