"I recently visited Tim Hortons and unfortunately encountered a distressing incident of racism from a staff member. The behavior I experienced was unacceptable and deeply concerning. It's important for businesses to foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected. I hope the management takes appropriate action to address this issue and ensures that such incidents don't happen again in the future. "

The food was great and the service great also have a clean facility, I really enjoy my time there thank for all.

Friendly staff (albeit young), nice dining atmosphere with the fireplace and such and lots of seating choices. Decent Wi-Fi too!

Went inside to order. Super busy. Ordered 2 belts, then asked for a breakfast sandwich, but was told they stopped serving breakfast at 11 (it was 12). Ok fine, so I got a sandwich (gross, cold, non cooked bacon)
As I was waiting for my grub, I saw a bunch of breakfast wraps going out the door? ! So why can I have 2 belts that have egg and bacon but not those 2 things on an English muffin? And why are you making breakfast wraps if it's not breakfast.lady making the food was pretty ignorant. I'd say your staff better learn what's going

First, i went through the drive thru at about 6: 15 and they were almost out of pastries.then when i ordered one they had, i was given the wrong one then when i told them given the wrong one they proceeded to give me another wrong one.then, my iced coffee that had no caramel mixed in with grinds at the bottom was not good either.will not be coming back.

Had a couple cups of coffee. Was clean and staff were quick. Always good to be at a Tim's where service is quick.

I have to say this was a horrendous experience today at Tim's - Enfield. They were over whelmed and it showed.

The staff team were allegedly learning a new POS system, and perhaps they were - however the food service is where the hang up seemed to be. Not with the staff ringing up customers.

It took a half hour to get a breakfast sandwhich combo. When we did get it, the fat from the microwaved hashbrown was working itself through the paper bag. Not ok Tim's. Gross. We should have back tracked and returned it - we didn't.

I'm not sure if you care or not but the people that Walk in to your restaurants are making a greater effort, but you wait on the drive thru first. I get the drive thru flow but I'm in a line, in your store probably 10 people deep and they only have one cash open? At lunch? Come on

There is a double drive thru and only ever one person for both sides, seems pretty stupid to have both lanes open if that’s the case. I was just handed my drink but the person at the window wasn’t even looking in my direction, looking completely behind them. Worst service from any tims I’ve been to.

Unreasonably slow waited 20 minutes in the drive thru update never have any hash browns and it is 8: 30 am

The place was under renovation when I visited; however, the drive through moved quickly and we got what we ordered.

Took 25 minutes for two coffees in the drive through. Orders were wrong. Saw mice running all around the building. Avoid at all costs.

Very long drive through Waits, foods better then what it was 5 years ago. Coffee is the same ol bland coffee.

Ordered a pastry and drink at the drive thru, received a donut and my drunk at the window. Order accuracy needs more oversight

Drive thru only. Can't take an 18 wheeler thru the drive thru, should be able to walk in an order my coffee at least, don't need dining room. Tim's is going to lose business if they don't smarten up.

Went into this location for breakfast while travelling through, it was busy for noon on a Sunday afternoon but everything ran very smoothly and I could tell that they were concentrating on making orders in order and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction. The team worked really well together and every part of our order was correct and enjoyable. The bagels were toasted at the perfect consistency and cream cheese was spread evenly while my muffin tasted fresh.
