Worst experience ever in my life. I waited 17 minutes just for 2 coffees and the girl named as Raman at cash counter was so rude and disrespectful to all the customers. I suggest supervisor or manager to have a look or just train your employees with some customer service skills. Totally disappointed

This was the worst customer service ever. The girl at the till was so rude and speaking so loud. I am never coming back to this location. I request the manager or supervisor to please teach them a good customer service and the way to deal with customers. Totally disrespectful and i am very disappointed.

Had many bad experiences with different food sectors but never seen this kind of behaviour from the front desk worker. Girl named raman was very disrespectful and was presenting zero customer service qualities. Was speaking loudly and disrespectfully. Will never ever come back to this branch for coffee and will suggest my friends to avoid this time hortons. I hope the manager will do something about it.

Nice little timmies, has full service and staff are friendly. Great place for a quick morning meal and coffee, I'd recommend trying the new breakfast pastries, they are delicious, filled with protein and quick to eat!

It would be nice when I say more than once that I have an egg allergy that they would listen! We have stopped going every order is wrong or missing something so check your orders! Even management who was to call me 3 times never returned my call. I should get a refund on food I can't eat. That includes sauces. Most contain Mayo which equals eggs! So when I say no egg and no sauce and am very clear about it being an allergy it should be taken seriously. The attitude at the dive through is just to speak to you as little as possible and to not give receipts. They don't pay attention to who's waiting in line and they have enough staff on, but no one at the tills. All good companies should know if there are allergens in their food and sauces or a very easy way for them to check. This is my life. I would have an anaphylactic reaction. That's not my idea of breakfast. I would go elsewhere where you will receive better service. I always check my food, but I shouldn't have to. And there is always something missing. A donut a drink made wrong. So they no longer get our business. When you can't follow up on a legitimate complaint from a customer who follows up 3 times, that says a lot about the management. And not having an easy to check ingredients list for sauces is just lazy. People have allergies and should be able to eat. And when we are explicit and repeat ourselves 2 times, there is no excuse. Someone is not reading or passing on the information. I know how the restaurant biz works and most places can tell you by memory or quickly check. The amount of mistakes and paid for food that's not in the bag with no receipt is like stolen money. Occasionally errors happen, but it's every time at this location. Other locations, I have had the servers tell me they have double checked my food. And I'm not missing parts of my order and our drinks are made properly. The amount of times I have ordered tea and gotten coffee, too many to count. So it's a great location, but the service sucks.

Ordered cilantro lime veggie bowl from here and it was terrible. Rice was not at all dry (was heated from the microwave with water still not absorbed) and the girl who prepared it refused to add sufficient veggies and crispy onions

Friendly person behind the counter. Little small and not so clean and bright. But good for a quick coffee.

Average Tim Horton location. Not terribly great service but not as bad as some locations. Usually fairly busy and an average 5-10 minute waiting time. The food is also average. Nothing special but serviceable in a pinch. Bathrooms are single person, which is nice, wifi works most of the time and a pan handler out front about 99% of the time. Do yourself a favor and find a locally owned coffee shop in the area instead.

The bad attitude white girls are always a joy to deal with. But the woman coughing will getting my soup took the biscuit for me, that was bad.

Tim Hortons Quinpool road location in the last few months started a new trend giving you basically half of a coffee, pouring 3,4 ounces too short of what ever size you ordered, way under any line on the cup, NO other Tim's in the city i frequent does this The Quinpool road location is ripping people off, make sure you check under the lid before you leave the counter and get them to fill it up.

It's in Quinpool so there is almost always a line but otherwise you get your order fast.

I dont know how they can get orders so wrong in that store, its a dailey occurence at this location.this order missing 2 hashbrowns, no cream and sugar on side and a 10 pack of tim bits with only 8 in box.really.if u can just go to next tim hortons.personally im done with this location.

One of the cleaner ones in appearance but workers should not cough on their hand and then tough everything.

I went with friends, so I enjoyed the company. It is infuriating that they don't have plant based milk and cream, or other plant based options. I generally don't like to go to Tim Hortons because I don't enjoy the dining.

One the sweetest staff. Michelle is very friendly and always have a smile on her face. Goods are always fresh.

As usual the service is slow. By the time I get my, so called heated biscuit, it's not hot as it was left in the microwave too long before it was given to me. And you ask, why do you continue to go? I ask myself this question all the time!
