Felt Discriminated, I had free points for a free coffee, so I asked for a free one and when they scanned they wouldn’t wanna give me the free coffee cause their machine was down, but the guy infront of me had the same issue and he was given a free coffee. This felt embarrassing and insulting.

Usually they're pretty quick unfortunately their order accuracy is really bad and I've been coming here for over 10 years and has never been this bad before this year.

People here suck.they always mess up the order. ALWAYS! Never ever come to this tim’s.go to the one further away it’s worth it

Ordered 10 timbits today for my kids to share, was given 9… outstanding work team… tough times.

Wierd experience. Waited a while to be served, which was fine. When the girl finally came to the cash she just gave us a nasty look. We said hi and she just stared at us with a nasty look like we were a huge inconvenience. We walked out and she laughed. Very bizarre.

I like this location a lot but if I’m paying $4 for a French vanilla with espresso I’d want it to be filled to the top rather than almost half way down the cup
