Tim Hortons

All time I felt bad in this location…. Lot of employees …. And half and hour for just a coffee…they are chilling always…

I rarely leave bad reviews, I prefer to give people the benefit of the doubt… but every time I go to this Tim Hortons the staff are rude, or at least unfriendly. No matter how friendly i try to be I can’t even get a smile out of any of them. Only scowls. I literally watched one of the girls roll her eyes at a customer who asked for a straw and promptly changed her mind upon realizing the cold drink lids don’t need straws. When working in the service industry the bare minimum is supposed to be friendly service. I don’t expect over the top giddy characters, but I should at least not be made to feel like the staff is annoyed with me simply because they have to serve me a coffee…
Very unpleasant experience…

I've been going to the Barrington location for years while using the drive-through. They are very quick with orders, but in the past few months, the accuracy has started to decline. In fact, 3 times out of the past 6 visits they have gotten my order wrong. This morning, I had to correct my order twice at the drive-though station and I still got the wrong bagel. So, after 10 years, I will have to use a different location from now on. Update - I gave them another try this morning. Ordered my usual BELT with sausage. Got to my office to find no lettuce, no tomato. In short, I got charged for a belt and got a regular bagel sandwich. The drive through service at this Tim's location is now pathetic and it's a lottery as to whether you get what you ordered. Check before you leave.

Have been here several times and this location is always a disappointment. Consistently gets orders wrong including both food and coffee. Despite having lots of staff, service is slow. I have literally watched staff hovering over cashiers who are assisting customers and the ones hovering can't be bothered to open a second cash to get customers through (despite not doing anything for numerous consecutive orders). There is no care in the quality/presentation as you can expect take-out food to not be wrapped properly, and destroyed by the time you return home. When the staff is preparing items you have to consistently retell them your order as they do not listen and will send you out with something you did not want. Always check your coffee here as you can expect it to be cold or not prepared as directed. The speakers in the foyer are crackly/worn out and the music sounds awful. Essentially, the staff needs to be replaced at this location!

Been there on multiple occasions and almost never left happy. Extremely rude staff. Fills wedges and condiment containers less than half way. They say they don't have to fill containers anymore even though you paid for it, but apparently not enough to expect good quality.

Very long wait times (10+ mins easily), the carpet in the lobby is always soaking and miasmic, and they are always out of exactly what you ordered. Finally, the tables are always coated in a layer of week old crumbs.

Again - don't go here, go to narrow espresso or literally anywhere else for real coffee. Brazilian megacorp. Not Canadian.

At least this place unlike robie esso has bacon grilled cheese and chili cheese wegdes. Makes no sense that 98% of othe4 locations has everything but this nplace doesn't. Want a bacon grill cheese here? Order a grill cheese + bacon. The franchise of one of the most prominent locations in the entire city is clearly stupid greedy.

This place is so dumb. What’s the point of advertising stuff on your dinner and lunch menu if half of it doesn’t even get made pass 3: 00? Chili and soups should be made till at least 8: 00 pm same with many other products. And the drinks here are always not fresh

Was visiting Halifax and while walking downtown Barrington st I stopped here, good service

I ordered coffee and chicken wrap. My order was hot and on time. Special thanks to sudesh. He is very kind and calm. He is a good suggestive salesman. Thanks Tim Hortons
