Tim Hortons

Done giving tips to this Tim hortons, not once does anyone say thank you, they just immediately turn away and close the window, I've never complained about a food order or service in my life but it's very rude and annoying not to use common manners when someone gives you a tip

Rude staff.they dont know how to speak with coustmers and everytime make wrong orders…just done with this tim hortons…they just care about their drive thru timer not serious about food and their service…please listen carefully to coustmers orders and make them properly …everytime you guys are in hurry and always messed up with food.

I expect when I buy an iced cap (and they are not cheap) that you would fill the cup to the rim and not rip me off with 3/4 cup. I don't mind paying but don't cheat me.

Some buddy add full pieces of chicken in my rice bowl. Plz next time cut this into pieces.

Not much has changed here unfortunately. This was a place I went to daily but now just when in a hurry. Still no change here

Never had such a bad experience in a tim hortons before. Its always frustrating that getting wrong tea but it is acceptable that people make mistakes but today I bought tea from this Tim hortons which has no sugar and was tasting terrible while the lady in drive through was fighting with me for asking a replacement for the tea and she was offering a bunch of sugar packets for the tea i bought nearly one hour ago.
And there is no surprise after seeing the reviews, i think this tim Hortons should seriously think about training their staff about good customer service.

The point of them being here I go in at four in the morning and order a breakfast sandwich and they have nothing until six that makes no sense. I gotta be to work for 6 AM.

Says open 24 hrs but it isn’t actually open 24 hrs other than drive thru. I work at the nursing home and get off at 11 and was starving.change hours if they’re not true.

April dawn is a horrible lady.
She doesn’t even know how to treat their employees. She misbehaved with my friend who used to work at their tim. She didn’t even gave her necessary documents which she needed them. My friend had to leave the tim because of the unprofessionalism and rude behaviour of April dawn and her so cold two managers.
April dawn must be eating Rats in her dinner that’s why she speaks and looks like a fox

I do not like Tim Hortons they are all under staffed and not friendly and so dirty the washrooms are gross!

I just visited there today after checking on Google that they are open 24/7. I work at a nursing home nearby just 500m from the facility and was really hungry during my break. I was working a 12 hour night shift. The door was locked. The guy working inside called some lady who came to the door but didn't let me in stating that we won't open till 5 am. My break would end at 5 am so i left. But she lied and I don't know why. I do agree it's early morning around 4: 45 am but people are hungry. This was really a bad experience.

I purchased a coffee today through the drive through. When I took a sip it wasn’t hot at all, like room temperature. I think they served me a coffee which was made for someone else earlier.

Worst experience ever. I will usually never write a review online for any business operation but some people have made a mockery of the food industry.
Placed a mobile order at 5 AM for breakfast meal, and was asked to wait for 30 minutes because their baker hasn’t come in yet. Obviously I am getting late for work, so I asked to get a refund and was told that their manager has just went across the street and is coming back. Waited for 5 minutes but no sign of anyone coming to assist. Person at the window Himanshu told me that next manager will come at 5: 30 and she can refund my money back. I can bet this person was probably high or drunk because the words coming out of his mouth doesn’t make sense at all. He just asked me to wait for 30 minutes to either get my food or my refund, and it didn’t even sound odd to him at all. This was supposed to be quick service food chain and here their employee is asking me to wait for exact 30 mins. I left the store without food and without my money. If someone from the store is reading this review, u owe me money or atleast my breakfast meal (Order No: 9600, Date: January 15,2023).

Later on, I spoke to their Supervisor Vanshika, and she told me same thing, they can’t do anything. Regarding my refund, she wants me to come back to the store but I live 9 kms away.

Safe to say I got robbed my Tim Hortons.

Worst experience ever. Hopefully this reaches to someone who cares.

Staff here doesn't even know what they are doing. Cannot even do a meal. Worse tim ever

Slowest Tim Hortons in history. Rude staff who usually don't know what they're doing and treat customers like an inconvenience. Stood there for a half hour waiting for an Ice Cap one day and we were the only people there

Slow service but the girl was nice and thr food was tims standard. Definitely a take out only place

It's a good store that atmosphere is fine I can't really say anything more about it it's good Tim's

Just because you have a sign in the window saying please be kind we are short staffed doesn't mean the staff can slop your food together especially when the store is empty.
My breakfast sandwich was greasy and the sausage was folded in half. I saw the grease so asked for a few more napkins and she gave me one more. Do better folks.
