Great place to get a meal and a coffee.
Every time I order food or drinks, they always get the order right. They don't have chili or soup but they make great sandwiches.

Two weeks ago I sat in the drive through for 3 or 4 minutes, the opposite lane got served after showing up behind me, nobody ever did take my order and I drove away.

Tonight after repeating my order 3 times, (and it wasn't a complicated order) I got my two drinks and a 20 pack of timbits, again repeating the order 3 times.only to find out my assorted 20 pack contained all one kind.ironically enough, the kind I asked 3 times not to have.

Maybe not a huge deal to some, but please can someone atleast take a little interest in their job over there?

Have been going to this location out of the three local locations for years but lately have been truly displeased with the service with wait times/Not getting my proper order/getting undercooked food or even just plan out right getting the food I returned (asking for what I paid for) handled by a few people and handed back to me incorrect again. Please do something to fix this it has been going on for the past year and at this point it’s not worth it, you’re better off going to the one by the mc Donald’s if you want proper service… 2 stars because they are usually quite nice about the mistakes but it’s been way too many times now.

Wish thay knew how to make a lg dd with milk. And than when u take it back thay look at u funny and speak in ther language. 5 times in past week wont b going back

This is my second visit in as many days to this restaurant. They made a mistake yesterday on my order and blamed it on a new system. I went back today got the same order and got the same I'm mixed up. The so-called manager claimed that it was the new machines again. I spent 5 minutes with the fellow who took the order. Kept it as simple as possible by ordering 3 of the same sandwiches. When I got my order all 3 were different. Management at this Poorly run store should get a job mowing lawns instead of food service.

Went to drive-thru ordered 2 coffee, and 2 bagels but only received 1 napkin. We had to share it.

Tim's is terrible and hasn't been Canadian for decades. Gross.

The staff are great. Restaurant, not so much.

Friendly staff, alway ask for my drink hot, rather get it, but this Tims gave it hot! Perfect.

Over 10 minute wait usually, order is most of the time wrong, and when you complain, the staff just shrug it off. Ridiculous

Saked for toasted 2 time and they burn it and spread the littlest amount of cream cheese on it.

Poor food quality as of May 6 2023

Morning staff doesn't show up regularly, store closes early because of lack of Staff some nights and best if all the dining area is always closed so your forced to use the drive thru and when they get your order wrong and don't worry they will if you don't realize before you pull away you have to go back in the 20min line up just to get the correct order
