Tim Hortons - Temporarily Closed

This Tim Hortons in shelburne is the biggest joke! You can’t even call it a joke because it’s sad not funny! What is it going to take for them to open their eyes and see that allowing crack heads to literally grab a peice of cheese and put it in a bag to hand to a customer and call them a rat? And still be working? Somethings not adding up.and this not being said crack heads first incident! I don’t think their head manager really knows what going on in that place the majority of the time like this person has been reported multiple times for disrespecting customers ffs

Best tim i have been visited. Girl on window (Harman) was best. She was polite nd food was also good.

No toilet paper at all. Very dirty.bathrooms. The quality of Tim Hortons has gone waaaaay down hill. The staff couldn’t care less about it either. Their new staff have lowered the store standards dramatically. I won’t be returning. It’s not just this Tim Hortons. The one in oxford NS had their toilet paper in a donut box on the floor.

Visiting from the states and never seen such a disorderly restaurant that's talked about so highly around here. The worst McDonald's ever would be better than this food, tasteless and the order was so off I don't recommend this place to anyone I think they need to train the staff on how to actually make the right food and coffee to order. The only professional employee who made it right was Kaitlyn, that was the only saving grace, the only one who actually understood my problems and helped

Worst Tim Hortons in the province, possibly Canada, consistent 20 min wait in drive thru then when you get to the speaker they aint got ¾ of what you want. Moves along a little better early morning but between 12pm-10pm you could be waiting all night.

Absolutely terible short staff ok only drive thru ok. If I walk to drive thru and ask them for first item they don’t have that another item another answer we don’t have that. I think will be way better close this place until they have all items what they offer. Sorry for local unbelievable

This place is really good unlike the one in Barrington you will most likely have your order in stock this really is good i cant say much but it’s a really good Tim hortons!

Strange and horrible, Entire bill was paid off and I did not order anything else; however, 400 pts were taken off my account as a separate transaction. I went back to ask why, a young woman gave me a phone number and said "call this phone and get your points back". When I asked if I could have something else instead, she said she could not give me anything for free. Were 400 pts taken off for nothing, instead of throwing out a cold face?
It was not even worth one star.

Shelburne is a great Tim Horton. I wish when just drive through open it could have curb side for the app orders. I travel my order is small and simple but waiting in the long line is impossible so I end up leaving my order when I discover the line up

For the 5th out of 7th time lukewarm tea. 80 percent I get cold drinks 15 percent wrong drinks and well it's right 5 percent of the time. Who they have for owner or manager.
I don't just pay for tea I pay for services that this place is lacking and no leadership through owner or managers.

This is the half way point between Yarmouth and Bridgewater, a good place to stretch and a quick bite or coffee.
