Tim Hortons

Workers are unpleasant and obviously underpaid. The drive thru takes a comically long time for something simple like a coffee. You would think they are understaffed for the amount of time it takes, but when you get to the window there is 1 person working and 10 people standing behind the counter chatting and not working. The food is inconsistent every time I go, and the order is incorrect most of the time. The experience is actually so terrible that when I do end up going maybe once every 3-6 months I end up questioning myself on why I decide to jam my leg back in this bear trap. Awful

Sunday night 6 PM. There was no restaurant service at my local Tim Hortons. Went through the drive thru and asked for a dozen doughnuts. The reply was " Sorry Sir we don't have any. " Is this Tim Horton's Donut Company or what?

Said online they were open, they were closed indefinitely.had to change plans.

Stopped for sandwich and coffee. Perso that took the order fantastic, but girl that made sandwich was busy talking to everyonerworking behind the counter and fixing headsets while fixing our order and somehow she seemed annoyed and took her darntest time to fix our order and still wrong. Didn't wanted to say anything when noticed getting g crispy chicken instead of grilled and have to wait another almost 15min.
I feel customer service was lacking too much chatting with everyone else.
