I am a regular customer to this store. I used to buy after 2-3 AM after my shift last one year in drive through window as walkin. But past one month they are not serving coffee 2-3AM. Last tow days before I have visited store in day time to clarify those things, during that time a supervisor Guy and girl apologized to me those things happened and they replied that we will serve you in drive through window after 2AM. Today and day before yesterday I went to clarify in evening with the girls lean girl who refused to serve coffee in drive through, she replied that I didn’t got updates, if you want, you can come and clarify by 4am in the morning with my Manager.
I have just replied, that not my duty, you should need to have discussion with your team. The same girl refused to serve me again. If your team not resolving this issue, I will escalate a mail to TIM

I really appreciate the way staff serve to guests at this location as it always look quite busy & I was waiting for my order & in the next minute it was in my hands which was really quicker than my expected time.

From last couple of days they improved a lot, I still remember that nice lady was Soni who prepared my order very professionally.

This place is disgusting. The tables are lined with garbage and the workers have nothing better to do than mess around behind the counter. It takes forever to take your order and it takes forever to get your order. There is little to no effort with this place. I go though here atleast 3-4 times a week because it’s close to work but I’m not anymore considering August 5th 2023 the girl making the bagels was messing around and being loud and she laughed so hard she coughed all over the sandwich stand and not to mention it’s atleast a 50-50 chance there gonna mess up the order. It’s quite upsetting and you try to explain it to them and hardly anyone speaks English or has no idea what you’re talking about so don’t even attempt that. Just stay away from this location

The food and coffee are good but there is garbage on the tables. They can increase the experience with very little effort.

Probably one of the worst Tim's I've ever had the misfortune of getting a coffee from. The coffee is HOT. And BURNT. Every single day without fail. I keep going because I love my morning coffee from Tim's but I might have to start going without. I don't understand how you can burn every pot of coffee.

Absolutely pathetic, nobody speaks English in this establishment and It’s filthy inside. Good thing wendys does breakfast now, it’s ten times better than trying to order in this dump

I drive to the drive-thru everyday and every day they can never get the order right it is ridiculous if the people inside cannot do their job properly than they shouldn't be doing it there's no excuse

Went through the drive-thru. Intercom wasn't working. Was told to come inside to order. Go inside and wait 15 minutes while they serve those ahead of me and reboot the system that controls the intercom. Now they are serving all of those going through the drive-thru. I asked WHY I was told to come inside to order and was told that they had to reboot the system and that takes 2 minutes. So instead of waiting 2 minutes for the reboot I ended up waiting 15 to be served.
