Tim Hortons

Was quite taken back by the staffs lack of desire to help when their registers would not let me redeem my app points. I was told ‘nothing I can do’ and waved off.

Its good atmosphere service is good, staff is good. Basically everything is good. Thank you

Tim Hortons is Tim Hortons. They're food is barely palatable and the counter service always seems to be lacking in comparison to the drive thru service. It's like this at almost any location I've ever been to. The only locale that has fast counter service is the one located inside Mel's Petrocan on Granville Street in Summerside. That's my only "go-to spot if I'm looking for my "Tim's Fix".

I am a regular custmer at this tim staffis so rude i was here today around 11 am i asked lady for 2 loonies instead of one toonie but she just refused it acted like she was giving me from her pocket crazy people please pay attetion

They will 100% forget one of your items.
It's like the insist on you ordering twice.
Order 5 things? Get 3
Order 2 things? Get one or doesn't matter what time of day you go they are always understocked and out of menu items. Doesn't carry sour cream glazed ever? That's a classic menu item and you should be ashamed.

Roll up the Rim started today, I had my phone out with the app on and very visible to the cashier and she just took my cash out of my hand and gave me my change then said no can't do it you already paid, tell me next time before you pay. Out of luck. How rude!

To the kid who worked on February 12th- don't yell at the customers or you'll get a lawsuit.the kid who yelled at us today (February 12th) will star on YT. How you behave and how you shout has also been sent to tim hortons headquarters. Learn manners if you want to work with people.kid, if you don't like this job, go back to school and patch up the gaps in education.

Monday night I visited tim hortons there was a lady was so rude. Worst service she was yelling without any reason.

If Valerie is working, then your drink will be made perfectly. Food is always top notch. They are really nice minus the window people sometimes, but overall, great Tim's.

Worst service I've ever received. The lady that waited on me was not only rude, she kept yelling at me the whole time. I asked to speak to the manager and was told the lady was the supervisor on duty. What a disappointment! Terrible place ever. Don't go there

Service is excellent. Parking lot / Drive Thru is in dire need of repair. Edit: changed to 1 star for the horrible condition the parking lot and drive thru are in and neglect to do any repairs. Don’t come here if you care about your car.
