Tim Hortons

Its just getting worse day by day ice coffee is not same every time i order. And wraps are pathetic now, waste of money. McDonald’s is better for breakfast now.

Ordered a donut and egg farmers wrap. Forgot the donut and gave us a completely different wrap than ordered. Ordered two things, received one, and it was wrong. No reason to go back.

Asked for a honey dip donut and an egg farmers wrap.they almost forgot the honey dip and the wrap had sausage on it and no hash brown…

Normally I have a decent experience, today was the worst customer service from the baker and the rest of the staff. It's not cool to not have orders done when told they're done

Stopped in this evening to pick up a couple of French Vanillas and hopefully some treats for me and my husband. Quickly decided against treats after seeing many fruit flies all over the donuts. Throughout the entire front shelf display. Definitely grossed out.

Waiting on my sandwich but the guy making it was to busy talking with co-workers and someone at the takeout window. I didn't see a manager to put a complaint in. I watched as the guy making lunches for people pick at his underarm and didn't change his gloves. How come the workers don't have name tags on.

Surprised I haven't rated this before as it's a weekly stop. Location is lovely while the parking lot could be better. Food is good quality with fast service, multiple of the staff have put in the extra effort of building relationships with regulars and it's noticeable. A bit cramped for the location and customers they get. A lovely part of the Tim Hortons franchise.

Order taker very knowledgable. Very outgoing and got orders corrected without problem after slight mixup.

Never have the food you ask for and today I ordered a sandwich and the lettuce was literally half black from being rotten.

I went to windmill Tim Hortons on Sunday 23 October at 1.06pm the lady (who wears makeup) who was taking my was so rude! She tells to my order that I won’t pay this much money for eating this type of stuff! She made fun of my order and didn’t made it properly! I hope she improves how to greet customers.

I ordered 2 breakfast meals with eggs on the side, all i got is 2 sandwiches, no hashbrowns, no eggs on side and rude staff.

There was a kitchen fire, and the place filled with smoke, but none of the staff seemed concerned?
