Tim Hortons

Run of the mill Tim Hortons. Nothing particularly stands out in a good way or a bad way, but thats really what you want from a fast food place such as this. I stop here often during the winter as it's the only Timmies in the downtown-ish area. The service is never bad, and I've only ever had to ask them to remake a coffee once. There's plenty of parking. Don't be surprised if you go inside and nobody is speaking English (to one another), and don't be rude. These folks do a good job.

Didn’t know customers had to mix their own drinks now, also got a four cheese twist and it was hard as a rock and was freezing cold.normally don’t have any issues with the chester tim hortons but today i was a little annoyed.

So Descustisting Very Very Bad Unperfessional worst 1 out of all my Years of Going there spending and supporting them Giving great Tips as Respect and Totally Gross n Terrible Spot to Go I will Never Go Back there Again 3 Times Getting your Drink you pay for mixed with Composed is Enough To Darw The Line in the Sand for Me. I am Very Dissipoint in This location as of some who work at this establishment that do such horrible things things to to someone well known in the community Very disrespectful and inappropriate. I Do however our Beautiful Chester Tim Hortons goes Back to the way it Once Was. I Was always a Fan. As of Now Not anymore. Until Things are handle Better Up There and Things are Done Right I certainly won't be back. I do however hope Things will Get back to Normal Again and things are Looked into Better for this to be A great place once again to come to and support.

Worst management. Out of food all the time.
Not even coffee sometimes. Should change management.

Bathrooms were filthy and obviously regularly neglected. Garbage receptacle smashed, felt like I may as well have urinated and defacated on the floor

More worried about service in drive thru than people walking in. Expect to wait for service if you walk in.

The managers are rude and don't like to deal with issues. Judy responded to a complaint I made through Facebook then blocked me when I asked for a higher manager. A grown man working there blowing kisses at my child (who's a minor) doesn't sit well with me.

Was just in the Cheater location, and was called a derogatory name by a worker in front of a supervisor and nothing was done! My order is normally wrong, I think they need some new management.

Wasn't very impressed with the cbr wrap i got. Half of it was out of the wrap n in the package it came in.nvr ever had anything like that ever happen

The employees mixed up some orders, and is common from what customers said. A employee used the men's washroom and urinated all over the seat, which had to be cleaned by a customer.

Since Tim Hortons pulled out of Hockey Canada sponsorship I will no longer support Tim Hortons.
