Tim Hortons

Please stay away from this business! The manager and assistant manager does not know how to run a business! I have heard a lot of bad things on how they get rid of their employees that do their jobs well and are very good with customer service! And they keep the employees that do none thing and have a very bad attitude towards the customer! And finally they treat some of their employees like they are trash and they also say that their employees are ripping them off which I have heard from a lot of customers! So Please Stay Away From This Business!

Went to get some donuts and Timbits at 4: 30pm on a Sunday and was told they were sold out. They also said they wouldn’t make more and were done for the day. They closed at 9pm. Not sure why they wouldn’t make anymore being open for over 4 more hours.

Used to be 24/7. Used covid as an excuse not to be. When they're open it's awful. Don't go here.

Has to be one of the slowest Tim Hortons in the country. Slow, dirty and often staff is disinterested and rude.
The store is filthy inside and out. Each time I've been in the garbages are overflowing. And the bathrooms. Filthy!

The food is fine, basic Tims stuff. The folks who work there are pretty friendly, and all the locals are super nice. But it takes a really long time to get served. Everyone in line is ordering food, so if you just want a coffee you should order ahead on the app.

I had walked in to this establishment and quickly turned around, once I saw the bathrooms! I was horrified at the filth, I am sure it had not been cleaned in months. When walking out the garbage that was being collected on the bins was another eye sore, not sure they had been taken care of for a few hrs!

I left late for work. Walked in and walked out in like 2 mins. Now I’m back on time. I Love the couple that works in the mornings! They’re more like friends now!:)

Despite an initially slow moving line, the steeped tea was some of the best that I have had, and the latte tasted great.

The restaurant was very clean as were the bathrooms. Our server was very knowledgeable and made great suggestions as well as accommodations. My mom wanted the English muffin with only bacon and cheese and no egg and the server said no problem. I had the English muffin bacon and egg and we both had a hashbrown. Everything was hit and delicious. Thank you for an awesome experience while traveling.

No drive thru really slows this place down, but if you dont mind the wait its just like any other

Went there 3 times since I have moved here and 2 out of 3 times the order was wrong. The other time was 3 people ahead of me and one person working everything while the manager walked around and talked on her phone. I waited almost 20 mins while I watched a woman take an order and then go make the sandwiches while the manager did nothing. In all my years I have never seen that ever at a tims hortons. The manager may have had something important to do but she knew we were all waiting and did not even attempt to help. Another time I asked for a tea double double with milk and got something that looked like sludge. I had to throw it out and make it at home. This store is in need of a staff change and it starts with that manager. If I owned this place she would be gone and I would replace her with someone who cares about her customers and supports the staff when needed. Not watch customers sit for way to long waiting and do nothing. I am a manager and I would fire myself if I acted that way. Pathetic service and poor quality. This is one Tim Hortons I will drive by now and never stop at.

The lady making food wasn't very friendly. Gave someone's food to someone else and told that person to take the other person's food, which wasn't the same. Never offered to remake them the right item. I was served by a different person who was very nice. I ordered 2 timbits, and they gave me 4.

Always lined up out the door. They could use more than 1 person on counter.in a tim hortons with no drive-thru, and is basically the only one in Wolfville.

You’re better off just driving another 1.6km in any direction to another Tim Hortons. This one is slow, dirty and just bad. How hard is it to put cream cheese on both sides of a bagel? Not only that but how hard is it to cut a bagel? Apparently about as hard as it is to not burn a bagel. If bagels were meant to be torched black, one sided with cream cheese and uncut id give this place a 5 star because they knock it out of the park for how it isn’t supposed to be. I mean you don’t expect much from Tim Hortons these days but this is one of the worst.

Arrived mid-afternoon for a coffee break. Not sure why, but they had only two folks behind the counter, which resulted in a notable lineup and wait time for our coffees. Also, we found parking to be a bit challenging given the limited spaces. I can only assume having only two employees working was not a normal situation for this Tim's.

Food is always good and consistent. It's often packed out the door and could have more staff to compensate for a quicker turn around.

Had to have a coffee and pumpkin spice muffin in Timmies while we were in Canada, so we were happy to get that here
