Tim Hortons

It seems that every time I want something from here they are out… very disappointing. How are you all out of chili at 1: 30 pm. Are you not serving customers till 8pm or later? Whoever is in charge of food preparation needs to be removed in my opinion. I’ve had this issue way more than once

Sadly it was not a good experience. We waited in line for close to 15 minutes for (it seemed) the entire staff to stop what they were doing and was working on this one lady's order. Short of the drive through staff, it appeared to us as she was either someone who works there or is well known. Sge did not ask for this service. I only do this review, as both my wife and I have many years working for the Tim Hortons Corp. It is sad to see how through the years the service has dropped. We have experience with both in town stores and highway service centers. We know customer service is not an easy business, buy a certain level should be maintained.

Disappointed once again. This is the second or third time i’ve TRIED to get a white hot chocolate with a tea bag. The first time they completely forgot it and the “hot chocolate” was like foam, absolutely disgusting. Gave it a whirl once again this morning and they added the tea bag but once again is foam, no one wants to drink that. A teabag is supposed to seep into the drink, not sit on top. I understand everyone makes mistakes, but repeatedly is not. Note to self, do not go here if you are looking for a good hot chocolate of either type.

Drive thru was nice and fast verses inside. Don't go during lunch hour as the high-school is right there and they all go on lunch break so it's extra busy at noon time

Stopped in around 10 am.ordered cheese croissants. The cheese croissants were warm and fresh from the oven.fantastic.

Dt worker super friendly always is during the before the younger crew show up.then its hit and miss

If we got there before the school kids showed up maybe the wouldn't of forgotten our order.

Update dropping off a star as I stood in line (not busy and only one person ahead of me, they were already making their order) 5mins as the molasses slow employees plodded around trying to look busy, I just left without ordering. Just get coffee elsewhere if you're in the area.

The service Is friendly but dear lord they make the Coldbrook Tims look fast (something I thought was impossible) I've been waiting 7 minutes for 2 coffees now as I write this.

The amount of mistakes made at this Tim Hortons has officially overwhelmed me. Thought I would grab a quick double double with sweetener on my way to the highway. Nope it was made incorrectly yet again. HOW? I’ve learned a valuable lesson today, keep cream, sugar and sweetener in my effing car. It’s coffee people and I’m usually at your store more then 4 times a week. Well NO MORE.
You don’t even deserve 1 star.

And just because you reached out to question my review does NOT mean I want compensation. I’m officially done with Timmy’s AND will no longer purchase from any Tim Hortons in case you own more then one franchise. I have switched to McDonalds coffee, I will go out of my way to purchase their coffee for my home brew and of course take advantage of the $1 coffee offers they usually have. By the way they also support the troops!

I was shocked to watch an employee make my coffee at Tim Hortons, Middleton. I order oat milk as I can't have cows milk and artificial sweetener because I'm diabetic. She put cows milk from the dispeser and sugar from the dispenser. When I questioned her she was rude and tried to say she made my coffee correctly. I pointed out that I did not see her pour the oat milk from the carton, as is always done, not did I see her open a packet of Splenda. I told her I watched what she had done. She grabbed the coffee from me and under her breath said, "I didn't put sugar in it". My coffee was remade correctly but the girl did not apologize, nor own her errors. I will drive to Greenwood Tim Hortons from now on because Middleton staff don't follow directions, which had I drank that coffee, I would have become very ill.

Friendly but very slow service with incorrect order. Drive thru was backed up and no one could hear over the manager. Second visit, better quality and friendly service

Father clarified four different times he wanted an english muffin breakfast sandwich. Got biscuit anyways while the sandwich station complained out loud about how busy they were to anyone that would listen.

3 years later and the place is still a mess. Went specifically for one kids CHOCOLATE GLAZED TIMBITS. Cashier clearly put chocolate glazed on the order screen. Got home, it's a box of mixed plain and birthday timbits with 1 chocolate glazed out of 10.

This location seemed to have a lot of people just sitting for extended periods of time.
The food was fine.

Sour cream plain donuts are a favorite of mine but ate very hard to find.we called this outlet on our way up the valley and was told they would make a dozen for us to pick up.great service!
