Tim Hortons

Was here for a fuel refill and got a wrong drink on another Tim Horton, We talked with a guy incharge called Gaurav, he was exceptional with solving our wrong drinks. We really loved his approach and the way he treated us. Very few Tims do that in Canada, Aulds cove Tims is my best so far. Will visit once again on my next trip to sydney.

I have been to many Tim’s but this one was best so far. We had an issue with the drink which was wrongly prepared by one of the staff and we asked for new one to other staff. His name was Gaurav as I asked him. He was so humble, best part was he apologize so sincerly and made us a
fresh new drink very quickly with a smile. It was not even his fault but he fixed for us. We loved the service

Some need to be either trained or check instructions how to properly prepare specialty drinks.

It is a place with a quiet and wonderful scenery in the early morning.
I could have a light meal with a cup of coffee, and I liked the freshly baked fresh bread.

I always stop here while passing by and they're really kind. The food is well made and it's very clean.

Food is great.
Staff were a bit snobby, asked them to confirm my order that i was going to pick from the pick up bench, but refused to answer me.
Although my order was correct, it helps so o won't pick someone elses stuff.

This is a great stopping point before heading into Cape Breton Island. Food is as fresh as I could expect from all the other Timmy’s. Petro Canada is right next so that’s quite handy.

The service was quick and the staff was friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed their Croissant Burger.

This place had an awesome medium dark roast triple triple and the breakfast sandwich was amazing

The staff are friendly, but you will rarely recieve what you've ordered, no matter how simple the order. The store is clean.

Great spot to stop and stretch your legs no matter which way you're headed! Ample parking, coffee, gas, bathrooms, and any road-trip snacks you could need. Plan to stop here before you cross the bridge to, or from Cape Breton.

Always the same. Don't expect anything more from this location, as any other. Each location is as pathetic as the next!

Staff were grumpy. They did the thing Tim's seems to always do when you order a bagel with cream cheese they put every ounce in the very middle. Also didn't fully cut my bagel. Ended up getting cream cheese all over the car and throwing my bagel out the window out of anger. Please Tim's, learn how to make bagels. Its getting old. I also drank too much of my frozen lemonade and got a brain freeze twice but that's my fault. Also the worst bacon I've ever put in my mouth. Just get frozen bacon and use the real stuff not that instant microwave bacon it's nasty.
