One time watched a lady take my wrong donut back and put it on the shelf with her bare hands and get me a new one with her bare hands. Very weird especially since she just touched money. I also heard the owner under pays its employees…

Time and time again I give this tims a chance to redeem itself and I am repeatedly let down. I have NEVER gotten the correct order without something missing or just completely wrong. If you live in fall river, drive to a different location and save yourself a headache

This is by far the worst Tims I have ever been to! I can count on 1 hand how many times I have gotten the correct order. Its gotten to the point where I will not leave the drive thru without looking at the food I have recieved to see if it is correct. Just go to McDonalds

I am beyond angry with Steve, the owner of the Fall River Tim Hortons. How he has managed to make a go of his business is a mystery. He seems to have no understanding of scheduling; he either consistently over schedules his employees where he then brow beats a young person into volunteering to go home without pay, or he under staffs so that people have to wait forever for their order. We will no longer be frequenting this Tim Hortons and I encourage other people to do the same. If I could give zero stars I would.

It's OK sometimes! I hate when I ask for a sausage breakfest sandwich here only to find out when I get home they gave me the bacon one with uncooked bacon. Unfortunately this Tims needs to cook their bacon fully and not just half way if that. Threw out over half the bacon as usual. This happenes every now and then with my breakfest sandwich order. Also in the mornings they screw up my drink here and there. 1 sugar ends up being 1/4 sugar for some reason? They must be hitting the wrong size? Don't have this problem when I order later in the day. Also I don't care for the snippy short lady with the glasses who works in the mornings during the week. I find her saucy sometimes.

Went inside because drive through was too long. Waited on by a female trainee (Lydia) and a young blonde gentleman. They were so polite, and he helped her finding buttons on the POS. Was nice to see them work as a team, and my order was correct!
I know it's not a lot, but I believe positive feedback is important! Great job guys!

The worst location, hands down. Slow, incorrect order and offered a "sorry we get busy at lunchtime". I know that. I watched nine cars pull out of line because they waited SO long. If you know you get busy at certain times, be prepared. Yes, I know what I'm talking about. I worked in the business for 24 years.

Staff are kind, my order has never been made incorrectly and the coffee always tastes fresh.

Infuriating how much my order gets made incorrectly or just completely wrong items. Never has anything in stock. Completely incompetent staff. Last time I worked in the food industry, I don't remember it being that hard to take an order.

For a fast cup of coffee or tea and a snack or small meal on the run Tim Hortons is a staple for millions of Canadians. Not gourmet dining but keeps you going until the next meal. The drive thru is usually fast for the number of people served. The drivethu is prioritized so it is better to drive

I HAVE ORDERED FROM THIS LOCATION MILLIONS OF TIMES and never once do they fail to disappoint me and NOT ONLY do they mess up the orders they are extremely rude this fat lady with brown hair working in the sandwich area was the most rude and unorganized worker I’ve ever met. I tried to talk to her to let her know I was missing a HASHBROWN something so small and she gave me the hand and walked away from me and yelled at me that I never ordered it like a literal hashbrown. I have worked at Tim hortons before and I have NEVER made nearly the amount of mistakes that occurs at fall River it’s unbelievable

Staff are friendly, however service is very slow. Coffee has been on the strong side for a while. Not liking that. Staff are paying more attention to uber orders and mobile orders way more than people coming into Tim's and ordering.

Definitely the worst Tim Hortons I've ever gone to, not only is the service unfathomably slow, the coffee always tastes horrible. I'm not sure why it's so bad there? I've tried about 20 times since I drive by this location every morning before work and I may have had 2 or 3 drinkable coffees the rest were so terrible I had to dump them out, and I'm not a very picky coffee drinker!

My best advice, just drive by this one unless you aren't getting coffee, I don't get food or cold drinks often so maybe they are ok? But it would be faster to drive to Sackville and get what you want than waiting in the line up here.
