Tim Hortons

Normally Tim’s are Tim’s however this has recently been bought by new owners who let the staff go to hire new staff. Since the change I have been 2 times both have resulted in wrong orders. I am on my way when I notice and it is not the best start to the day. Fool me once I will NOT BE SPENDING MY MONEY AT THIS LOCATION.

Since the staff changed about a month ago, I avoid this Tim's at all cost. I use to be a loyal customer to this store for years, but now I will drive past and go to the esso where customer service is amazing, my order is right (which at beaver bank theu can't even get a basic coffee right) and the wait time is more reasonable. I am so disappointed in how beaverbank Tim's has turned out

Tim Hortons roast beef & cheddar. Should have lettuce, cheddar, bbq sauce, but at least they remembered the roast beef. I used to spend $300 a month at Tims (my banking app told me) The last 6 months maybe $20/mth. I was a faithful customer for 30 years. Was. This pic is one of the reasons why.

Nice enough staff, but absolutely the most useless and slow front end. I have never been to a Tim's that is this slow. I'm talking 10,12 or so minutes on a basic order made inside. Drive through is marginally better. Order a couple coffee's and it routinely takes up to 6 or so minutes.

Everything is good, but have short staff, should have more employees, they make u wait long.

This Tims is the slowest Tims in hrm. Slow as hell. Staff at drive thru window to busy discussing their personal business while my coffee sits in front of me with my card to scan and toonie ready to go. If you want to waste your life away in a line up go here.

Great staff! I see the early staff shortly after open. They are great staff, friendly group. The evening staff are full of positive energy! The evening staff are always super great with my bulldog?

Ran out of steak pieces and didn’t have anything for sausage either. Ended up with a grilled cheese melt which was delicious though!

Possibly we get 4 of every 10 orders wrong.
I've begun to drive to the gas station further down the road.

Just went thru the drive thru. It’s 7: 20pm. Not busy. Ordered a small dark roast. Continued thru drive thru and on my way. Took a sip of my coffee, disappointment! Barely warm! I was so looking forward to a coffee.

Morning crew is always staffed with kind hard working professionals. The drive thru has sped up quite a bit recently but can still be quite a slog to get through depending on time of day. Expect a longer than average wait.

Was here at 855pm to get a roast beef craveable. Was told they don't serve food after 9pm because they close in an hour.awful service.

I have a love-hate relationship with this restaurant. They're not very fast, they're not very observant, they've messed up my order on multiple occasions. However, they're very nice and are great with customer relations and therefore retention. The fact that they know my face and order always makes me want to come back to the point where none of the other issues even bother me at all anymore. They're also very obviously overworked and stretched as thin as possible due to the company's top management sacrificing quality in order to squeeze as much money out of their operation as they can before it becomes illegal.

This must be the slowest drive-thru in the country. No matter if there is one car or 5, I always wait at least 10 minutes to get my order (if they have it).

Ladies and staff are great here but they ru out of stuff early and stop all food aside from donuts etc after 8.

10 people behind the counter running around like chickens with their heads cut off and the place is at a complete standstill. Stood in line without movement for about 10 minutes, left without coffee. What the heck is going on at Tim's? The lineup at the drive through was the same, really long and non moving.

They never have iced coffee’s and whenever I do order one, they forget to put the cane syrup in it I don’t know how many times I’ve had to drive back there and return my coffee and then later in the day when my husband goes after work, they never have iced coffee they say that they have ran out which shouldn’t be happening every single day one time I went there to get an ice cap at 9 PM they close at 10 and they told me that they already had the machine turned off and cleaned which they should not be doing when there’s still an hour befor they close not to mention whenever I try to get certain kind of muffins are donuts they don’t have them or they say they don’t carry them. Always huge lineup from the drive-through. Usually pretty long. Wait they definitely are not in a hurry.

The service was beyond excellent. Jan 19th 12: 00. Give the girl behind the counter a raise. She's a keeper.

I had a string of wrong orders and missing items. It happens so often it makes me wonder if they really care because you are down the road before you realize there is an issue.

Visited there around 8 PM and they didn't have donuts, Tim bit or any kind of wraps. All I could have was a muffin.

This Tim Hortons usually has a long drive thru line. Not alot of parking. Busy, busy, busy.

Slow as he'll, under staffed and apparently you have to repeat yourself a dozen times.
