They always have some or other stuff missing from their menu. They have potato wedges on their menu but when asked for it they say “unfortunately we don’t have it in system”. If you don’t have it in system why do you have it on menu?

I go to this tim hortons daily, they always get my coffee right and I never have to wait. Excellent service

Service was good and atmosphere was good but whoever made the chillie on Wednesday, late afternoon, July 19/23, was the worst chillie I ever had in my life, at your location. It was a mess like baby food, all puree and even looked like vomit. So disgusting to look at it and didn't enjoy eating it.

I had always bought at least 3 or 4 large chillies there at your location
everytime I come through your drive- in. Always enjoyed your chillie and it was always well made. Except for that one time.

I didn't like the fact that they put all the donuts together in one basket. If want a cruller it has other stuff on it

Its better to drink water then their french vanilla, french vanilla at this place is way much different than any other place. No taste, just like a water, no good coffee texture

Usually I always get a fresh tea here, which is nice because it’s like the only Tim Hortons in the area that ever has fresh tea brewed. Most staff are nice. But it’s annoying when a new item comes out and employees aren’t trained to know what it is or how to make it. Ordered the new Canadian bacon sandwich and the girl started punching in the farmers wrap, and seemed confused about what the sandwich was even though it’s shown on a big sign in the drive thru. I said the $3 one with no egg. Ended up getting one with egg and the Canadian bacon was RAW. Incompetent.

I mainly use the drive through there it is a easy drive through to get through and it's close to home

Every time I go to the location I feel like I’m getting lectured for doing something wrong. They told me I couldn’t pay with my Tim’s card on the app the first time. The person serving me didn’t know how to do it but just kept saying “I don’t know how” instead of getting someone to help. I suggested they go get someone and they continued to say “I don’t think we can” so I gave up and paid with debit. The second time they told me I had to put in the comments on my mobile order if I was picking it up inside or through the drive thru. The person serving me “educated” me on this even though I had never had a problem picking it up in drive thru before. I showed her that on the Tim’s app the option to choose wasn’t there and I’m assuming that it must be on maybe Skip or Uber, which I didn’t order through. I’ve given up on using the app, so I went to the drive thru ordered two coffees. Went to pick them up at the window and the person serving me stood there, didn’t look at me, didn’t even say hi. Argued about my order and what it was supposed to be with another team employee. Finally they told told me how much it was and I happened to have change. I passed it to him, he still didn’t look at me, and was still arguing with the person next to him. I told him to keep the change, he didn’t hear me and went to give it to me and I said that’s good you can keep it. I think it was like a buck. He still didn’t make eye contact. Took the change with no thanks or have a good day or anything. I said all of those to him and he still didn’t look at me, so I drove off. Funny thing is this is a guy who a few weeks before told me he knew all about good customer service because he had been working there for years. Lol!

Good service sometimes a little slower in the morning rush but still pretty fast always a good coffee
