Tim Hortons

Went into the store at noontime on a Wednesday. Even though the crew were very busy, the service was great, the wait was minimal and the store was clean.

Once I find out who the franchisee of this Tim Hortons is I will make sure I'll never stop at the franchise whoever owned this Tim Hortons or any other restaurant owned by the same individual.

Employee mixed up our order 3 times. Held our original order on the side, told us we didn't pay for it so we wouldn't get it. We were confused cause we wanted to pay got everything. They mixed up a double double with 2 milk, and they gave a cold brew with sugar when there was a tag on it that said no sugar.
Big Yikes.

I won't go back. The potato wedges were old and chewy. The chicken wrap was just okay. They don't have soda fountain drinks so there are no drink refills and you have to pay a deposit on the plastic bottle. Most of all, the menu cycles through the ads so fast you can't get a clear idea of what they sell. Staff was polite so that is worth a star.

3 times I ordered a coffee got my card scanned but didn’t earn a roll up. Somethings sketchy.

Tim Horton's on James street Antigonish has their toasted coconut and strawberry powder doughnuts back! Sooo good.the strawberry powder is even better than the original one they had. Hope they keep these 3 doughnuts!

The staff working on the evening of Feb 22nd around 6pm till 7pm. I would like to give you all a huge thank you! Me and my dad went in to get 3 dozen donuts for my brother's 16th birthday party.they didn't have enough made but the girls behind the counter said they would talk to the baker.he came out and actually took our order of what donuts we wanted.he then told us he would make them all fresh for us within half an hour.we went and sat in our car.the amazingly nice gentleman even came out to tell us the donuts were done and only in 25 mins. I must say.holding a box of warm fresh custome made Tim's donuts was truly a great moment lol. Thank you guys so much they were amazing:) you made a room full of people very happy lol you went above and beyond

This is worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. My order has been forgotten the last several times I was here, and the employees needed to be informed that I had ordered a drink. There was no line in either case, and every order that arrived after mine was fulfilled before mine. Employees have mocked me when I tried to correct my order, and the last time I was here, one employee began yelling F%$K when he overfilled the coffee pot. The customer service at this establishment is awful and is a horrible representation of the Tim Horton's franchise. If it were possible, I would give this establishment a negative star rating.

Completely messed up my order, missing more than half of my order and didn’t even realize. Made me pay for stuff i didn’t even get. Terrible job

Hi, we did not eat, just got coffee and pop. Line up was long but service was worth leaving a tip. Good one.

They no longer cut your bage if you don't toast itl. Sorry but I can get a better bagel at the Grocery. Tim Hortons was convenient now it's not. No point to ever go back.

Been through the drive thru a couple of times now and get a breakfast sandwich. Not very toasted or really hot at all. Quality shouldn't change because of drive thru.

Despite saying it’s 24hours. It is definitely not, FYI. As far as quality it’s hit and Miss, like any tim Hortons you’d visit across the country.

If you're been to Tim Hortons before you know what it's all about. This location was busy, and the prices have gone up as they have everywhere. That said, our wait was reasonable given the lineup and our order was correct when completed.

They threw out 3 wrong coffees that they made mistakes on, for my order alone! What a waste
