Tim Hortons

Even though the drive through is closed, the team served us quickly and tried their best.
However, what’s up with the no garbage can policy? Leaving our garbage on the tables (as instructed on your signs) makes no sense for us?

Not a great experience here. I went through the drive through and ordered a large coffee. I was handed a medium coffee and when i attempted to hand the coffee back to the young man at the window he told me "You took it so I can't take it back, " and to be fair to this young man it did appear as if he was doing what he was trained to do. This led to a back and forth, where he thought i ordered the wrong cream/sugar combination in the coffee. I tried to explain to the person that i didnt order the wrong coffee, the size was incorrect but this was not being received.
Eventually another employee told him that " People are crazy, and that she would just remake it. "

This has become one of the worst Tim's around. From what was a really good Tim's now it is terrible, they hardly ever got orders correct, the staff are not the friendliest, no seems to be able to use the computers and don't ever ask for something to be changed, I mean how difficult is it to understand "no egg on the wrap please"

This Sunday we met my dad in Mahone Bay. Lately my kids haven't seen their grampy very much. Tim Hortons made the visit great: out of the fog, excellent staff who are courteous and know their stuff.

The drive through window greeter was less than friendly. Perhaps a 50 cent tip for one large coffee is not enough? So quick update. I call the number and follow the prompts. I wait patiently while listening to static. Then a computer voice asks me a series of questions about how well their representative did to resolve my issue. I never got to talk to a human. This just makes me sad.

This is a normal tim hortons, staff was very friendly but the service was slow compared to the other Tims. Ordered 2 teas, hot chocolate and French vanilla and it took a while to get ready while drive through was not even busy.

Fast service with decent drive in line. Last turn on the right just after service station. Not intended to be driving in from the back of the building.

Tim Hortons in the home Bay is by far the most amazing Tim Hortons I've ever been to between the atmosphere the cleanliness and the staff's attitude and precision to make proper orders it is such a delight to be in a store where people actually listen to what you ask for and make it once again hands down tentative 10 for quality service atmosphere everything just great

Whatvcan I say it's tim hortons we all love it regardless of the service. They may make mistakes on ur coffee but we will all be there first thing the next day for our coffees

Always so nice, friendly staff, and they actually get your order right
Go there every day before work.
It can be busy, and sometimes the store front is closed due to not enough staff.
