The food here has severely gone downhill to the point it's barely edible, coffee either taste like hot water or burnt and sometimes like chemicals. Drive thru staff constantly are rude and try to short change you. Used to come here every morning but don't think I'll be back.

I love coffee and donuts, I been running laps all day after drinking my iced coffee. Thank you, gotta run!

Good coffee. BUT I like my donuts without flies on them.it's almost October no reason for a display full of flies.a week later store is full of flies.how can you serve food in those conditions?

This location is horrible.what I experienced today.has made me not want to return to this location ever again. I was at the window waiting for my order and an employee spoke horribly to another employee.she used foul language and was extemely rude, she completely degraded her, not to mention that it was done right in front of a customer (myself). I felt uncomfortable and wanted to say something, but I didn't, the poor girl looked so upset.no one should have to be spoken to in such a cruel and inhumane way. Everyone at this location always seems so depressed and I witnessed why.

Great food great staff great service definitely recommend this place to anyone holding down the highway make a pitstop and eat well

Very long drive thru line on a Saturday morning but quick service inside. The line moved very efficiently and there was room for social distancing.

Good food, but very dirty. All garbage are full and all tables are dirty. Washroom was not clean as well. Its too bad because its a nice set up and fast service.

On a little day trip. We had a great supper at Wendy's and refilled our coffee mugs at Tim's before getting on the road again.

Sadly I was stuck in the line up for 23 minutes. I saw people driving out of the line before getting to the window.

My daughter and I drove through your drive through on Mar. 5,2022. We ordered 2 Classic Sandwiches with Hash Browns and drinks. Upon receiving our order I asked, “ Is it all there? ” As the bag felt light. The response was, “Yup, it’s all there. ” We drove back out to the highway and began opening up the bag and to our surprise there were no Hash Browns. It was too difficult to turn around on the Transcanada Highway so we kept going. Minus our Hash Brown that we paid for.

Pretty sure people were avoiding waiting on me I always try to be a polite customer but you get what you give

This Tim's was a nice change from ours. This store was much cleaner and the coffee seemed to be fresher. It was actually quite nice to get a nice flavourful coffee.

Younger staff tend to be there to socialize not all if them but it's as if some do t listen which in turn they have made orders incorrect and the coffee at the Wendy's/ Tim Hortons store the coffee tastes burnt most of the time.

Easily the slowest tim hortons location in all of Canada. Consistently takes 20 minutes to get a coffee in the drive thru. Typically the staff isn’t super friendly, often ignore the customer while having a conversation with their co workers which explains why my order is so often wrong.

Friendly courteous helpful staff. I'm not much of a coffee person but that new roast beef sandwich was delicious with a glass of milk and some potato wedges.

Half the time the place does not have what you want. And basic items, things you would expect to be stocked.

Not sure but someone should give the male employee that waited on me some training in customer service. Attitude is important.

Friendly staff fast drive through. Love getting my morning coffee and seeing all the familiar smiling faces. This is a very busy location

This location was a decent spot to go to for years but during the last 3 to 4 years it’s been going downhill with regards to Quality of food. Customer service will depend on the type of day that the staff are having and what mood there in. Only decent thing about this place is that it is generally kept clean and the drive-through is usually quick but that’s about it. If you want something quick it’s decent. If you want something good go somewhere else.

Amazing just doesn't seem to cover how good this chain was. I stopped at a few of them during my visit up in Canada and it was very refreshing to find a company that not only believes in appearances and presentation but also about customer service. I really wish that this chain was available in the US.

It was nice to go too but no outside tables to sit at.some people I was with are very disappointed.i liked the air condiyioning

We work for Armour and are only there occasionally at that Tim's, but love it. Nice and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. We'll stop in every time were in the area!

Poorest customer service ever. I'm going through the drive thru, multi tasking getting change and watching the car ahead. I get my purchase and I forgot to hand the girl my rewards card. So I get it after the items are paid for and she tells me it was too late. I said oh, ok, maybe you guys should have a system in place where you ask customer if they have one so it can be a reminder and she snapped at me stating it wasn't her job. I found that comment very rude and uncalled for. I was nice with my statement so there was no excuse for her to be rude. It's as if she took what I said personal. Myself and my daughter were appalled. Not to mention once we started on the highway and tasted out beverage the blue raspberry slushie is the most terrible thing I have tasted. I do not recommend that drink. I will not be back!

Terrible service and the kid at the window did nothing but argue over the rewards card with us! Very unprofessional will never go back

Order 4 items, 3 of which were wrong. Called to complain as we got it through the drive thru. Told can go all the way back to exchange after being blamed that they made what was on the screen so our fault for not noticing (the screen was correct. They made the items wrong). My husband got upset as his mother died this weekend so things are emotional and they hung up on him. Called back and was calm but irritated. The second person started getting condescending (these calls were recorded as it is legal in Canada to record calls under single party consent).

Then we tried calling head office customer service and was on hold for 55 mins before we hung up. The CRA wait times are less then that! Ended up sending an email so if this gets resolved well I may edit this review with a better score.

Customer service tips: 1 dont blame your customer when you make an item wrong. 2 if you want to calm someone down you dont antagonize them more. 3 dont expect people to not be upset when you suggest they come all the way back to your location without any othrr compensation then an exchange when you made straight off the menu items wrong especially when it is more then half the items where the total was almost $20.

This is why we switched to McDonalds across the street and if it wasnt for a partial gift card that needed to be used up we never would have gone as this type of service is more common then it should be.

Ordered a small iced capp. They accidentally made a medium, but gave me it for the price of a small. So that was nice.

This was the first time I was told I could not have my tea double cupped as a truck driver the tea is too hot and one cup to flimsy.also the raisin brand muffin was stale. Goodbye Tim hortons hello McDonalds.

Coffee sucks, tastes burnt, they always screw up your order and we found hair all in our timbits
