Slowest Tim Hortons EVER!
Spouse dropped me off, I got in line, then drove to the bank for cash, had a restroom stop and returned for me. I hadn't even been served to place my order! We departed and went to another place for coffee and a sandwich

I’ve used this location growing up and it has gone down hill so drastically since then (I am 40). No matter what time of day I go there they never have anything or it’s an extremely long wait as they do not properly prepare for the items they offer on their menu ESPECIALLY their dinner and supper menu items. The saddest part I find is that they are supposed to be a donut and coffee shop first and they never have any donuts cookies timbits or other baked goods available other then the very first of the day and even then it’s slim pickings and it’s a shame because for the most part the customer service is great it’s just a location I have now decided to no longer use because of the lack of availability of the items on their menu

5: 30 am had no eggs but made them rather quickly. They're pretty quick in serving everyone. Foye had a steady line up and the drive thru was busy.

This place will be off the “visit” list. I’d rather starve.

$22 order, 15 minute wait, 1 ice cube in a large iced coffee. 2 sandwiches, made wrong.

The tea was right, or this would be a 1 star review.

Saturday midday - two other customers place was empty. Order came all over the place. Tea but no coffee - sandwich but no salad bowl. 25 minutes before we sat down. No coordination amongst staff - no leadership. Drive through taking priority - absolute shambles. Another customer said she pre ordered by the app - and had stood there as long as we did. Food and drink was normal standard for Tim’s, but customer service sorry is just awful at weekends. Last time we came the place was filthy - that was the last trip to that Bedford commons one.

Weekdays are pretty good which is why I did not give 1 star but the weekends are terrible. My coffee never tastes like it does on weekdays and the weekends are so slow! 15 minutes in line with 2 people ahead of me. Same lady every time. She is very nice but not efficient. Drive thru is also very slow. Why? And why does my coffee taste terrible on the weekends and great on weekdays? Same order every time.

My buddy and I got Ice Caps (they were good, as always).
However, he messaged me that he was in the lineup in the drive-thru.
It took me 15 minutes to get there and he was still in line. I was able to park and go get in his truck and we sat in line for 1 more car before being served.

This was a nice Tims. Staff was very kind and helpful. Quite a busy one that we didn’t expect. They have got clean washrooms, ample of place for parking. They also have lot of room and space inside for sitting.

Good value for money if you are out and about with the family and need drinks and snacks. The staff here are always friendly and helpful. They always make a fuss of fur babies and treat our family well. Thanks for the excellent service!

Absolutely the worst Tim Hortons I’ve been to. Once, twice bad service I give the benefit of the doubt that people can have a bad day but not here. The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced in a Tim Hortons, consistently. Long waits and unfriendly reception, drive through and inside. Highly recommend going to Enfield Tim Hortons or McDonalds around the corner. Horrible place.

Went from a 1 star to a 3. Why? Mobile order is on point almost everytime. Easy way to skip the huge lines. They need a second Tim's if they ever get more employees because the area is just too busy. A double lane line that's always full is a little silly. Coffee has been better as well as customer service friendliness. Double lane drive thru needs to be watched better as I've been at the intercom many times before someone else, sometimes waiting minutes, then then person slides up next to me and gets their order right away.

A Timmys located at a place where there's not too much going on, making it a welcome sight on longer drives! Had great service and some very very fresh baked goods.

Absolutely the worst establishment in the whole world. All I have witnessed as a customer is the higher personnel shaming and putting down the workers. This job is hard and I know that personally. Mostly everyone is trying there hardest here you can tell that, but what I’m assuming is the half bald manger all I’ve seen is him bashing workers, making them feel inappropriate, staring at young girls working there/customers. It is a horrible place to just walk into let alone sit a hour in the drive through no matter what time a day food is almost always wrong and always wait an hour, maybe if they focused on better people then just having body’s here for workers it be a much better running establishment.

Small spot to stop into. Usually packed to the t! Ts. It's usually easier to run into the store if there is a big line up. The people working drive thru must be highly caffeinated because they probably deal with a million people a day

Takes about a half hour through drive through. And there is not much we can do about it as we’re stuck in line. Just overall poor
