Tim Hortons

One of the best timhortons I have visited in Nova Scotia. Excellent customer service. Nice coffee and sandwiches.

I recently stopped here (one of many stops i have made here over the years) and left a 3 star review for a completely different business.
I only clued in when the manager / owner of this location responded to my review of a Pet friendly hotel asking if I could provide more information vs just telling me I had it all wrong)

what a nice way to remind me that the review I wrote did not apply to Tim Hortons in Whycocomagh.

A donut lover for over 50 years, I am some disgusted with Tim Hortons. Not just this location. There is either no staff or no trained staff, no products or half melted leftovers you wouldn't find in a grocery store. I shake my head as I look to the ground, oh Canada.

I stopped by this Tim hortons branch for a quick meal as I was following a bus to Halifax. I ordered a wrap and waited for a long time and I had leave because the bus was leaving and I couldn’t get my food, so as many others. You guys need to work on your speed as a fast food restaurant, it’s called a fast food res for a reason. Thank you.

Young man was very rude at the window, wasn't happy to be there.drinks where perfect though.

Staff killed a cockroach with the container that holes the spoons at the coffee station. The staff had a great laugh. When I asked for the manager I was told no manager was working and the person in charged hid in the back room and refused to come out. Never again!

Bathrooms are disgusting piss all over the seat and floor toilet paper all over the floor along with full garbages and staff standing around that could be cleaning it

Was visiting from truro and i found the workers actually working very hard. Food was a little sloppy but typical tims breakfast. Customer service was awesome too!

Stopped in here for a quick meal Saturday night, waited 20 minutes for my wrap. I asked for crispy chicken in my bbq wrap but the boy who worked the wrap/sandwich station glared at me when I said it was that slowcooked stuff. I was polite but he was so rude to me, the female workers were very kind yet this one worker is cold and horribly disrespectful. My wrap was never fixed and he moved onto the next order after basically telling me gtfo.
Not returning, I apologize

18 min wait to make an order, complained about wait time and sandwich boy tells me " if you don't like it leave"

Always use Tim's traveling quick, coffee and breakfast sandwiche always the same, never a complaint.

Ordered LG Tea 2 Milk and Medium Dark 1 Cream and 1 Sweetner got 2 coffees, both with cream and sweetener. No markings on top of cups to indicate what was in them. Will adjust review after next visit if improved

Excellent sandwiches, great coffee and freindly staff. Always a great place to stop when driving through!

I have been at this. Tim Hortons numerous times. The people are very very friendly and the scenery. These people are so blessed to be in such a beautiful area to have a business there. Work there and stir it off that people scenery like paradise. Beautiful cape Breton Island
