Rude staff.
Take your business somewhere else.
This is by far the rudest customer service at all TH locations.

There are some service, option they have not have right now, for the person caming by walking.
In night time the store is open but only for the drive through, if any one come through walking (mostly student) then, they not accept order, which is the drawback of the service.

Girl working dayshift sandwich bar there today obviously hates her job or maybe even her life.made my order wrong for the 5th time in a week.than decides shes going to roll her eyes and gossip to her freind about me and another girl who simply asked for some ice.sweetheart I didn't make the mistake you did.kindly fix it and get on with your day.

It's a fast little place. Always extremely busy in the morning.

I miss the old way they made their eggs! It's my place to go for my coffee.

Not done bro, they guys have not even closed and denied us serving the coffee. Very disappointed

Bad service lately. It was great, now it’s bad. And you all know why. Cape Breton is a great place with polite. Now they don’t even know how to speak the language, no thank you, no greetings anymore. How disgraceful services now. Unbelievable!

The staff is very helpful also if you order on mobile app then you will get good rewards after 7 orders also you get order earlier and simple order

Very convenient located in Sydney, very friendly staff although the double line drive through was a bit confusing.

Firstly, there don't seem to be any clear signs for the drive-through. Secondly, the menu is right at the order point and the menu display switches between two different sections of the menu so you don't have time to read it properly. The staff then expect you to know exactly what you want to order within seconds of seeing the menu and seem incapable of answering a simple question such as, "Do you sell fries here. " (the British accent of the person ordering should surely be an indication that they're not familiar with the menu!). The person ordering had to repeat what they said three times every section of the order. We got to the payment window and the staff were rude, after glaring at the person ordering for several seconds one of the three staff huddled near the payment window bluntly asked us what we ordered without even greeting us. When we said we ordered two portions of fries (after the person who took the order confirmed that we wanted fries) they then rudely responded, "We don't do FRIES, we do WEDGES! ". We had no intention of arguing with the staff so we politely said, "Two portions of wedges then please. ". One of the staff then took payment, handed us the drinks and a bag with ONE box of wedges in (which we didn't discover until we were a kilometer away) and didn't respond when we said thank you. I've been to hundreds of coffee shops all over North America and the UK and I can honestly say that I've never come across staff as rude as those in the George Street branch of Tim Hortons. I'd also point out that there should be a full menu visible before you get to the order point as well as having the full menu at that point, unless of course the staff would simply prefer potential new customers to go elsewhere to spend their money. We won't be returning to this branch, despite it being quite local for us. There is no excuse for terrible customer service to polite customers no matter where they're from.

It’s a Tim Hortons so I’ve learned to lower my expectations over the years. I usually go here for the lunch (sandwiches, soups) but will stop visiting because they often don’t have available what’s on the menu and generally only have chicken noodle soup (which is disgusting) and the chilli (which is good) but no other soups you see advertised or at other locations. I prefer the McDonald’s coffee over Tim’s, but the Tim’s Dark Roast is pretty good. Staff are mostly minimum wage jobs and worked very hard for this busy location, and may have not been trained sufficiently, so I understand how mistakes can happen. However, there is no excuse for rudeness or poor customer service. As for other bad experiences at Tim Hortons generally, they are not specific to just this location so I will leave it at that.

George st tin hortons is one of the better tims to go to, they 8 times out of 10 get the orders perfectly staff are for the most part very nice and have service with a smile, although there are a few people that work there that couldn't care less about there job and choose to ness stuff up or choose to not help the people there waiting on. The inside of this tims is always clean, the bathrooms are always clean and there bathrooms are outfitted with a purple UV black light so when they clean they don't miss anything at all. People are respectful of the inside of this tims establishment and if you come across someone that isn't being respectful there normally highschool kids and there always normally asked to be responsible and respect there surroundings or they will halfto leave. All in all a few bad eggs shouldn't ruin this tims, is ts a wonderful hang out if you buy a coffee or food there and it's a nice place to grab a delicious coffee and or snack!

Staff gets overwhelmed sometimes by the volume of customers. They are courteous none the less. Products are consistent

They use sureshot metal open air sugar dispensers in a humid climate.in other words to expect to get sugar in your coffee.

My favourite Tim Horton’s in the region.

The service is always fast, friendly, and efficient. It’s one of the few places where the smiles on the employees are so genuine that I sincerely feel happier upon entering.

The food is always tasty too. It’s a very reliable restaurant. The sitting area is quite clean, as well.

Memertou Tim's amazing through line up in half hour, george street chaos waited 50 minutes walk in 4 people served. Go to membertou folks fast friendly efficient especially after hurricane dorian

Since the 2019 Reno the customer demographic has shifted and it feels much nicer to visit this Tim hortons now

I give you 1 star only cause the service was awesome but your new lids suck and I really hope you change you mind and go back to the old style lids

Fast, friendly service and great staff. If your order by chance isn't right, just say so and get it made to your exact specifications, no hassle -only people who understand people, who need their tea or coffee!

Never get my order right and hot drinks are not always hot just tired of bringing back the order to get it fixed

Love the new store but the lights in the bathrooms are awful. Really hard on the eyes & very confusing for the elderly. Just saying.

If I could give this -5 starts I would. This is a racist Tim Horton location. They have put a restraining order on a handicapped Abrorginal woman for “not staying in one seat” while in the store, she went out for a smoke and cake back to see that they had cleaned off her table so she went to another table, and “talking loudly with her ‘friends’ (other Tim Horton customers) ” while she was waiting in the store for her taxi. She is a frequent customer and should not be treated this way. This is Cape Breton Discrimination at its finest.

Parking lot is a mess. The lot is confusing and usually crowded.the employees are usually nice though

Wrong donut again. Asked for chocolate eclair. Got a piece of fried dough with cream and sprinkles. Check you orders.
