Wow! Amazing service! The staff is so friendly and accommodating both on the phone and in-person. This place is a gem!

I had snow tires put on my vehicle on Dec 1. Old tires were put in back seat by this business in Yokohama plastic bags which I appreciate. Problem is that whoever put tires in back seat jammed forward the back seats such that one section will not roll back into place. One section of the back seat rolls back using a lever and using the same lever on the other side the seat will not budge. Obviously something was damaged by one of the staff at this place. I'm not sure if this can be fixed but it's truly egregious that these people are ignoring my voice messages about this issue - about which I have left two in the last week. Do they think I'm just going to accept a broken seat and move on? Lol. I'm now going to have to waste time and money to resolve this and intend to recover costs from this business - a business that is careless and unaccountable. Don't bother with these people.

I couldn't be happier with the service this company has provided. They are friendly, honest, competent, and their work is exceptional.

I have to say, as somebody that knows nothing about cars. I trust these guys 100%. They have been nothing but nice and helpful to me since I started going there. They have been completely honest with me, and I had issues with my car a while back. They were not small issues, and I had to completely have the engine replaced, They told me that they could fix it but it would be better if I went to the dealership as they should be fixing it as there is a recall on it. They could’ve made so much money off me that day, but they kept it real. This morning I called in a panic about something that was happening with my car, the guy told me to go check something I did, and I was able to do it myself in my front yard. I got to tell you I have not met people in this industry that are is kind, and helpful as them and I will never take my car anywhere else other than them unless they tell me not to. Lol.

Very honest, easy to deal with and responsive. I'm definitely now a cliente after first visit.

If you have tire issues, they are the ultimate experts. Solid work, and very reliable. Highly recomment.
I have been there a few times with diffferent tire issues. Last time there was a nail on my tire that needed to be removed. I was redady to repair and patch. When the nail was pulled, tire wasn't leaking. So ended up with no additional work. They spent half an hour to investigate 2 tires. Didn't even charge a single penny at the end.

Very nice and very fast. Car broke Thursday night and they fixed it under a half hour Friday morning no charge

Have had nothing but excellent service from the employees at Timberlea Tire for both personal and company vehicles. The employees are knowledgable, kind, and efficient. Not only did they offer advice, but they didn’t try to upsell me when I dinged up a rim, instead they banged it out and got me on the road asap. They also squeezed in a company vehicle on a tight timeline and did everything they could to get us back on the road. Not to mention they have very fair prices! Highly recommend and will definitely be doing more business with them!

I HIGHLY recommend checking this spot out. I've been needing a brake job for a while. Brought it to my old spot, and they gave me an estimate of $1600 for work they said needed to be done, which sounded high.

Brought it to these folks, started to explain the situation, but never mentioned initial estimate cost, just the work needed to be done. Crossed my fingers and just hoped that I'd get a better deal at this spot.
Dropped it off in the morning, got a call a few hours later, saying it was ready for pickup. $900 was the price. They did all the necessary work, and it sure is nice having brakes again. Also having a new mechanic shop where I feel I can trust them, is a great feeling.

They were friendly, fast, and I will be heading there again the next time I need any auto servicing done. I'll also be telling anyone that needs a mechanic to try this Timberlea Tire out.

I see today, when I was going to write another great experience with Timberlea Tire I didn't post the last one. Today they hooked me up again. I made a mistake with my car drop off for changing my tires. Long story short, when I was on a very tight timeline, they made it work for me. These guys are great.

I highly recommend this place! Excellent staff with top customer service that you probably won't find elsewhere. They are amazing! They also have the best price for tires and balance in HRM.

Really good experience. In Halifax for a couple days before I head to work. Got steelies, studded & tires installed very fast.

Theyre extremely nice & welcoming, Rob is a great dude. Will be coming back and letting my buddies know of this spot.

Some of the nieces mechanics I ever meet. I went in because my car made a scraping sound it they fixed it in 10 minutes for no charge

Just had the tires of my car fixed this morning, it was so easy to book my appointment and the job was done right away when I arrived considering I arrived at the shop earlier, they were able to figure out what was the problem and in an instant they fixed it right away.

I've been going to these guys since they were recommended by a friend and they are absolutely amazing! Honest guys and great customer service

I called them and booked appointment for changing 3 tires and when the time comes, after waiting for 1.5 hr they refused to change them! You could just told that when I called you, it’s easy to just say that you can’t. Really disappointed and wouldn’t recommend at all!

Will not be returning. Had to buy tires 2 years apart. The ones they sold me were brutal and had a sidewall burst. Tried again and it cost me 800 bucks for some better ones. Then they failed my MVI and each time I came back they found something new to fix 3x. Would have been nice to tell me all at once. I won't be going back. Not going to recommend them anymore either to friends.

Great service. Efficient staff. On the phone Rob understood what I needed and gave me a fair price. I liked that they hand tightened each lug after the air tool.

After spending much time getting quotes for new summer/all season tires, Timberlea tire was the best value.
Having 4 tires taken off of the rims and switched over to new ones took minutes, they were SO FAST. Not to mention they accepted me the same day! The entire time waiting, there was a very comfortable atmosphere. I'll definately be back and would recommend if you like friendly, attentive people!

Most of the times I've had a great experience here. Owner is great guy too. But this time one of the guys failed my mvi for something that wasnt broken. I paid for that and came back 10 days later after getting a second opinion and not replacing anything. Another guy passed it with no problems. Thats all great as mistakes happen. But I found the guy at the counter a little unpleasant and unapologetic for their mistake, causing me a waste of time, money and running around for no fault of mine. Not to mention, if i had agreed to the job the first time, I would have paid for something that was not neccessary. However they did waive off another mvi charge on my insistence.

Edit: Thank you. But showing some concern, an acknowlegment of the mistake and an apology would have sufficed.

Located in Bayer's Lake. The Owner Rob, and his experienced team will treat your vehicle like it's on of there own. I always walk out thinking, wow that would have cost big $$$ anywhere else

They are fast to get you a appointment, they have very good prices and great service. I called many places trying to get a oil change, everyone said 3 weeks.they fit me in the next business day and booked a MVI appointment for the week after. Highly recommend!

Fast and friendly! I leave my snow tires until last minute every year. These guys are always able to squeeze me in same-day or next-day hassle free!

I'm sitting at home drinking coffee right now because Timberlea took my tire change on time, and finished ahead of schedule. The staff were courteous, respected COVID guidelines and were very professional. I've been to a few shops in the Halifax area to have maintenance or work done to my cars. By far, Timberlea Tire has been my best experience.

I went to there to install 2 winter tires and for M. V. I.
They started work for my car on time, and did well.

I had a flat, I was calling many places, including Timerlea tire. I missed them at first, and they actually called me back and fit me in the very next day, on a Saturday.

Next day, the tow company I called was late getting the car there, I called Timberlea Tire to let them know. They said it was fine and not to worry about it. Finally, there was issues starting up the car once it got there; they got it going though, looked at the flat, changed over the tires and when I asked if they could change the oil as well, they were able to do that for me too.

Timberlea Tire was very professional and accommodating, I will be going to Timberlea Tire for future work. Highly recommended.

Today I went there for AC check in my car. My husband has been going there and he used to told me that these guys are so great for their work and cheap in price also. But when it wasn’t possible for my husband to go there so I went. When I went there Alex who was the guy there he checked my Airconditioner and it was working properly when he checked (as my AC was not working day before and was not blowing cool air). But when I went there he put on machine on my car without even asking me how much I’ll be charged for it. As he knew I’m a new driver he took me very lightly and at the end he just told me everything is just perfect nothing is wrong with the car. Even though when I first went there and he checked and there was no problem still he put the machine on and charged me 70$. I felt like he made me fool as he knew that I’m a new driver. I will not suggest anyone to go there. Very bad service.

I was deaf customer who couldn't speak well.

I was reccomend by Dan other automotive shop who went out of business. So I gave this place chance and went to get my MVI sticker renews.

They told me everything is good and I need replace my tires which it are understandable. So I paid for it and they told me to come back after I replace my tires which I did in two weeks. I came back, they told me they couldn't pass MVI because I need new break line (couldn't read his write which I tried ask that person write again but ignored?) Turn out after 25 mins of waiting, They told me that I need wheeler bearing where they could've told me two weeks ago after MVI inspections was done. Now I waited 3 hours and still going on for them to finish repair wheeler bearing. Sloppy work environments shop. I wouldn't reccomend it.

Got me in to change my tires relatively quick and on short notice which was great. The tech was slow and made me late for work. They were behind schedule took two hours to put tires on rims and a change over. The tech working smoked up before getting into my car and working on it. I may go back but I would want a different tech.

These guys really helped me get out of a jam last week. I was just getting on the road for a vacation when I realized I had a leaking tire (from a nail) that was not going to be safe to take on the highway. They managed to squeeze me in on short notice, fixing the tire at a great price and saving the beginning of my vacation. Everyone was super friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Woke up to a tire going flat. While waiting for CAA to arrive to put air in it I phoned Timberlea tire to see if they could patch it. The told me to bring it up and they would squeeze me in. They were very busy when I got there but they had the tire patched and my car ready within 45 minutes. Very happy with the service. Very polite on the phone also.

Fantastic mechanic shop-I was looking for a garage where I could take my vehicle to get my winter tires switched over to my summer tires. Timberlea Tire was able to give me a same day appointment and the prices were fantastic ($15 dollars per tire; balance and install). Very satisfied. Friendly customer service from both the front desk sales associate and mechanics. Thank you!

Great group of people to deal with!

I booked an appointment over the phone to swap out my winter tires and to get an oil change done. Before my appointment I thought I only needed two tires replaced and I told them the wrong size. Thankfully they had the proper tires in stock and were able to still get the job done. Jeff was very easy to talk to, friendly, answered my concerns and I never once felt pressured. The ladies at the front desk are awesome too!

So happy my car is safe and ready to take on the summer weather. I will definitely be back and will recommend Timberlea Tire to my friends.

Nice group of people, very easy to deal with. I'm always early for my appointment and they always try to accommodate me earlier than scheduled. Small parking lot, though. Pleasant conversation with staff while waiting, and I personally witnessed the gentleman at the desk explain to a lady what was wrong with her Jeep and that it wasn't yet bad enough require replacement. She was very pleased and announced she was expecting a bill of $1000. I really appreciate a mechanic that doesn't take advantage of customers who don't know about cars.

Terrible service brought my vehicle by and it was taken longer then normal to do an alignment so they tried to only make me pay half and saying they did half the alignment and they were closing soon witch makes no sense so I mentioned it to him and he said he was dropping the vehicle and for me not to come back he doesnt want to deal with it and sent me on my way and for being a tire shop both of my tires had 23 pounds of pressure in them and they called for 35 arnt they supposed to know what goes into tires
