Our GSAR Team wanted to get a Heat Pump installed on our 24 foot trailer - our Incident Command Post (ICP). Although this is not a normal installation, from start to finish I can not say enough about how positive it was to work with this company. Our whole experience with TNB Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Ltd was outstanding. Another one of their strengths is their people - All of the people I was in contact with on-line or in person; Nathan, Dawn, Melanie, Allison, Sean, John, Connor, and Jacob were really great to work with.
The installation was very professional; they were there on time, did a first rate job, cleaned up after the work, and put up with me asking questions throughout the work. I was really impressed how the installation went, with every detail being carefully looked after. This unit will make our ICP a lot easier to work in for our team, regardless of the season or outside weather.
You can see from the photo, the only thing we have to do after they finished their work is to get a 'C' for County on the front of the trailer! Great work!

Just had heat pumps installed by 2 crews. All guys were super friendly and professional. On time as promised. I have used TNB for air exchanger and had good experience. After the heat pumps experience I think you should 100% go with TNB for all your needs.

Amazing experience from beginning (when Nathan came by to do the initial quote) to end, if I could give 18 stars, I would. The office staff (Dawn and Allison) were patient with all of our questions, very prompt to reply, always friendly and kind. The crew that came out to the house were absolute gentlemen, polite, friendly, informed—we felt completely at ease and knew they were doing a great job. At the end of each day they’d update us on their progress and what still needed to be done, what time they’d be back etc. I could go on and on but the bottom line is, I can’t recommend them enough. It was a pleasure handing them our money. ;)

I want to give a particular shout out to David and James (and another young man whose name I didn’t get) for their professionalism and sweet nature, they are a credit to your organization. Even when I dropped off the cheque on my way to work, the office staff hadn’t yet arrived, but I met Josh who walked right up to me in the parking lot and asked if he could help in any way, introduced himself, shook my hand and assured me he’d take care of it so I could get to work on time.

Was blown away with the quality all around.

We had to call them a few times over the last year, and they are excellent! We had a crack in our water supply to the toilet that they found, and another time was our water heater wasn't working. Definitely recommend!

These people were great! From the ladies who took the call to the plumber who came out. They were very kind and professional. The plumber was very good about advising me on the cost of some of the work as he didn't want me to spend extra money if he couldn't make it happen. The extra time and effort the plumber spent trying to resolve the flood in my basement (which he did) was very appreciated. I highly recommend this company.

TNB installed our heat pumps, and this is the 2nd year that we have called for them to come, clean and inspect the heat pumps. They are wonderful to work with. Techs are lovely and polite. They explain what we could do to keep the mold out of the heatpumps. Easy payment options and always lovely to speak to over the phone.

We have had alot of work done by these guys and will have more done in the future. Everything from the ladies I have talked to on the phone and the guys that have come into our house to do work are fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, clean, respectful and answered all my questions (and I had alot of them) without any problems. We had a problem with our outside tap during a storm and they showed up with in the hour and fixed us up, and even during a storm they were friendly. The absolute best customer service I have ever experienced from a business, I highly recommend them for anything. Every job was done when they said it would be done, in the time they said it would be done at the price they said.

TNB was contacted to deal with an issue with our indoor heating. The office staff was helpful and courteous in arranging a time to examine the issue. On the day of the appointment the workers contacted us ahead to let us know the technicians were on the way. They arrived on time and examined the issue. Part of the issue with the electronics appeared very technical and the technicians consulted with experts on the spot. After diagnosing the problem, they discussed with us about the needed parts. The office sent out quotes that day for the parts and work that needed to be done.
On the day of the repair the technicians arrived on time. They were courteous and professional. Even though the problem appeared difficult they stayed positive working to correct the difficulties. I was impressed how they worked as a team consulting others and calling in help when needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

To whom it may concern. After the destruction of my home from fire.certain additives was to be included, namely heat pumps. I called a number which was recommended by a person who dealt with this company in the past. Professionalism was displayed from the first phone call to the secretary, who connected me to another lady, taking the information what I required. I received an appointment and met with Cory Buell. We went over where heat pumps should be placed on main floor and basement. Today 16th. The Tech.was finishing up on the tubing when I arrived at the house He also had much knowledge answering question I put to him. TNB plumbing was a great experience. I just had my whole house upgraded to baseboard heaters, electrical panel box completely upgraded and a heat pump installed, which is better for the environment. Their plumbers, and electrician John, were very polite and respectful to my 5 kids which is a very big plus. I would recommend TNB plumbing to anyone that needs great service.

I had three different projects that they worked on and it was a first class professional response on each one.
I wanted a heat pump installation in our guest bedroom. Nathan provided a quote as well as advice and he was spot on. Install was clean and professional by Dan, John and Gordon and it was a bitter cold day. It was exactly as quoted and done on schedule.
The second item was cleaning heat pumps installed six years ago. David was speedy and clean and neat. Real professional
Third item was just recent and I had Dave look at a Heat recovery unit that had been installed poorly by another contractor ten years ago. Quite simply the previous installer had done such a poor job that it was hardly functional. While fixing someone else's mess is never easy they agreed to try and did a very good job. Improvement was dramatic.
Quite simply they do professional work on time and as quoted. That should be the standard benchmark but in my experience they are exceptional.
Allison in the office does a great job in providing updates and registration of warranties as well as providing advice on rebates.
