Paid $80 for my fiancé to get a pedicure for her birthday and most of the nail polish chipped off by the next day. Very disappointed.

Love this place. Very thorough and do an amazing job. I am on my feet all day and the massage felt so good.

This is such an amazing nail salon! I recommend going here, the people there are so nice and always do the nail designs so good. I also recommend paying them alot! They worked so hard on my nails which I absolutely loved! And I will also be going back here! This is the best nail salon in Halifax, it's better then the rest! I love this so much and I am so impressed, this has satisfied me so much!

My sister & I went for pedicures. It took 1 1/2 hours. We were both very tired. A friend came in to say hi & when he left he paid for everything + left a tip. We didn't know he left a tip so we left a tip. I think they should have told us that had been taken care of as well! But we were happy with our pedicures!

Everyone here, is fantastic with attention to detail. I only come here for my Pedicures! Amazing roller back massage chair, sterile equipment, they wear gloves and cover the foot basin with, what looks like a big shower cap.) They are constantly cleaning. They also use nail Dremel's, which I really prefer. You can add on a design or paraffin wax,! Amazing leg and foot massage with a hot towel. So relaxing. They do all kinds of hand nails, as well, and they offer Shellac and other options. They used to offer all body waxing' styles and lash and brow tints. Unfortunately, they do not offer these anyone although still on Website. I have to go elsewhere for my lash tints. Just book an appointment, and enjoy. Wash your hands upon entering! I feel safe with COVID coming here. There booking website is easy to use but you must have a credit card they accept. This is the only down side. As they take a deposit in case you don't show. I personally don't agree with these policies, especially if you always show up. I believe it's 25% of the cost of services booked. So it's not just a small fee. If like me you don't have a credit card they accept, message them online, or call early during business hours and book your appointment. They are very quick and friendly to respond to you.

So let down, seeing the pics advertised I was so excited. They couldn't do what I asked for I got charged 90$ for a fill and left unhappy and let down. I really hoped I was gonna find my new nail place. What a waste of money the entire time the man kept looking past me (I think checking for his next clients arrival) rushing me out. Said he didn't have enough time to do what I wanted. I called and told them ahead of time I'd take long bc I needed it fixed and redone and wanted design. I felt like I had to settle for something I didn't want bc they overbooked or were running late. Mind you i was 25 mins past my appt time by time I got seen. So upset with myself for thinking is get anything like the pics featured so let down

Had an appointment today with Brooke. I was lucky to get in with her last minute. I got a set of acrylic nails for the first time in 2 years. I am very impressed with how they turned out! Brook and all of the staff were amazing. Thank you for making me feel beautiful today!

They have a beautiful place and their service is great! I was there today and they were kind enough to wait past their closing time for me. My nails look beautiful for my wedding.:)

Had a fantastic Mani-Pedi. They stayed late to accommodate us. Jasmine was great. I really recommend it to anyone in need of some self pampering.

I got my first manicure here on April 16th, 2022. They called me that day explaining that the original employee that I had booked with wasn’t there that day. Which I’m sure happens often in this pandemic world we live in. They asked me if I would be able to come in the next day but unfortunately I was working and then the day after I was leaving for my vacation. I explained this and they quickly accommodated me for that day. When I went they had many colours to choose from for shellac. Their customer service was lovely and friendly during my manicure. It’s currently April 29th and it only just chipped because I hit it off of something. I have recommended this place to many of my friends and will be sure to return. Only a 4 start instead of 5 because I have only tried this place once! Will be posting another review when I get the chance to go back!

They will call and harass you hours after you leave to say you didnt pay in full because they dont communicate with the nail techs and dont ring in services properly.they also are never on time

I’m just realizing out now 2 weeks later I was overcharged (not to mention the random $10 charge the women mumbled about at the check out) … I personally didn’t think it was 100% the cleanest salon and also the lady dumped all the dead skin she scraped off my feet back into the foot tub as my feet were still soaking other than that, my shellac looks great and the workers were very kind!

Excellent environment and beautiful nails! Super happy with the customer service and the prices from this place! Also the music is amazing and just an overall great atmosphere!

My daughter booked an appointment and sent the picture of what she wanted done. She was told the price $94 - then she spoke to man again got a different price. When she was getting her nails done she was told yet another price $115. The nails wer basic simple design no gems no nail art - so she was insanely overcharged! To top it off ahe was told it would take an hour and fifteen minutes it took over three hours! Absolutely she will never go back there they are insane! I’m way beyond disgusted with how she was treated

I love this salon. The vibe is good, the staff always seem to be having a good time and they do amazing work. I always go to see Lisa for my acrylic nail fill and she’s fantastic - she takes her time and does exactly what I want. Highly recommend!

Tony did an amazing job on my nails. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

Tony is amazing! Great at what he does. Some of the nail artists are amazing too like Loan. Always my go too place.

Worst customer service ever. Before starting i asked for design and ended up with just solid colour because they don’t have time. My appointment was at 1: 15 and technician came to me at 1: 30.

I’ve been going to Tonyz Nails for a couple of months and am always impressed with their work and professionalism! Vanessa (and the team) have excellent attention to detail! Great experience

I did my nails today and look how bad it is
The lengths are not the same
Even the gold nail polish is not flat even though the charged me 10$ extra only for these
I had appointment with specific person but when I went there they put me with someone else or I should've wait 1 hour
I don’t recommend this salon at all

I went there 3 times, twice for gel extensions and once for a manicure.
The staff eat and drink while performing the service, the tools were not cleaned, she even used a dirty towel. I had to wait for at least 15 mins from the scheduled appointment every single time. The service is also not consistent, the last time I went she didn't even properly complete the manicure. The service you book depends on the technician you get and you hope for the best I guess.

I visited the nail shop today and it was my first time having my nails done here. Tony was recommended to me so I made an appointment a month ago which was scheduled for 10am. I walked in a few minutes early but waited until almost 10: 20 (after being told to sit down at a station) before a young guy approached me, apologized and said Tony would be late and that he'd start my nails, which I agreed to. The guy got as far as putting the nails on. Tony arrived around 10: 36am, sat down and continued with my nails. No apology for the late arrival. He seemed very uninterested in being there, he was more interested in watching people come in and out of the shop and talking to coworkers then what he was doing to my nails. They were cut way to short, I didn't get the coffin shape I wanted as they were cut too short so I asked for almond. I got round. If I wanted my nails to look like this I would've done them myself. Very disappointed in the length and the way they look. I could've done a better job myself for $69. I won't be back and I'll be sure to tell all I know how disappointed I was with the final result. Very very disappointing. He didn't even offer a little jewel or something for the inconvenience. It's Saturday, I had other things to do.

Tried to use the service at this place, waited with my feet in water that got steadily colder, gave up, dried feet and walked to the door. Was asked there if anything was wrong? Words fail, how long is a customer there required to wait being ignored by all.
Anyone thinking about using this place, turn around and run, run fast!

It was a nice but long (2+ hour) experience and the girl filed down on my nail to my skin. I got acrylics and they lasted a long time, maybe next time I need to try a different method. Overall was happy

Best Shellac application you can find! The staff are so friendly, there are many color options and you always feel great leaving. Fair prices and great application. My shellac manicure stayed on for over a month! Fav spot:)

My daughter waited in her car for two hours for her pre scheduled appointment. You didn’t accommodate her appointment, but worse than that, you never responded to her. Go somewhere else ladies
