Multiple stories of horrible customer service and deceit so decided to call and experience it. Do not engage for repairs or sales. Positive reviews mostly come from fake accounts. Look at responses from the owner. Completely unprofessional.

I have used Top Point on two cars for body work. One for repainting because of road damage following driving for Alberta to Dartmouth in the dead of winter and once for major body work following a collision. The collision repairs were paid for by my insurance company and included the insurance company’s guarantee on the work done. The other vehicle needed painting for rust and road damage. The work done was excellent and timely.
They also had to replace the transmission on the second car, a 12-year-old Ford Escape. They were able to find a rebuilt transmission for a reasonable price and installed it.

Sammy saved Christmas! My car would not shift into park, near closing time on Christmas Eve. I called Sammy panicked, and he took it in right away, even staying late and paying his mechanic to stay late to get my car working correctly for Christmas. In about an hour, I was good to go. I have had my car into Top Point many times, and Sammy always makes sure to take care of it in pinch. He is truly a great person, and cares for his clients like family. I appreciate you Sammy! The worst service i ever had. Took my car for a tire replacement. They scratched my car and said the car is too low. They have to more careful. This is just the worst exp i ever had will never recommend them. Not professional to admit the mistakes.

I have been with top point for over five years. Would definitely recommend. The staff are very polite and easy to talk to. They explain what needs to be done. They do not push it on you. UPDATE - So they responded as if they painted a vehicle for me. Like I'd let them touch my car lol. First, any reputable company would not paint over rust and gobs of bondo, they would refuse the business. Obviously these guys have no problem doing it wrong, charging you for it then shifting blame. BUT what I referred to in my original post was the vehicles they have for sale that they are trying to rip people off by selling. Stay far away from these shady guys. O stars.

I have been to top-point to get an MVi done and some repairs done on a used vehicle that I bought. They were really quick on the repairs and I took sometime to try out how the car was performing before posting this review and I can say that it's a solid job. The car is much smoother now, which wasn't the case initially.
Also very friendly owner he had the costs of the servicing very well planned and estimate was provided before and he stuck to it. No hidden charges were taken. I would definitely recommend top-point auto for your car repairs.

Best place to buy a second hand vehicle, they really take care of their customers. I have been in now twice because of my struts breaking and each time they have got my back, and even gave me good deals for the services. 10/10 recommend for first time buyers or even someone looking to get some work done on a current vehicle.
