Topmast Motel

The location is probably the best for any spot so close to Lunenberg. It's not in the center but everything is close by, its remote location also has a really great view of the entire town and it's the best value. Would stay here again when passing through.

The room is a bit dated but very spacious with a nice view. The location is great, and it’s near a golf course. One of the con side is that it gets cold at night and you can’t adjust the temperature because it’s central AC. There is also no extra blanket so we had to wear additional layer in order to sleep.

The motel is located at a beautiful spot from where you can view the sunrise without any obstruction. The views also look over the city of Lunenburg. There is a golf course right next to it as well. The rooms are priced very very reasonably and I'm glad to have found this spot in season. It is also just a few mins drive from downtown Lunenburg.

The Topmast is an older hotel, but the rooms are clean and spacious. Prices are great and it has a deck to set on at night with most having a great view of the Harbour. This will definitely be our go to place when in the area.
Our car broke down while there, (on a weekend, so not much open) and had to stay an xrtra night. The manager Christopher was very accommodating. Providing us with info for local towing and garage repairs. Also set aside a room for the next night incase we could not get repaired Monday. Hats off to you Christopher.you helped make a stressful situation, less stressful. We thank you.

You get what you paid for the price. Location has the view of Lunenburg. The room is comfortable for 2 person. If you can’t stand the heat don’t stay here there is no A/C available!

Il ne restait que la chambre no16 avec vue sur le stationnement… mais quel belle surprise. La chambre no16 est située au deuxième étage avec un petit balcon privé dans la partie rénovée, propre et bien aéré

Great Hotel with a beautiful view and a fantastic large and clean room. The hotel is on the older side but great place for the price. Within walking distance to downtown. I would stay there again.

This place was great, good price. Probably the best deal we had on our three week trip through Nova Scotia. We stayed 2 nights. Very happy with the view and the room. Comfy bed, good Shower, parked outside the door. Quiet. Lunenberg was lovely.

I loved it there. Older place but very clean and room cute. They have glass wine glasses which came in handy sitting on deck looking at beautiful Luneburg. Coiffed and tea available in room and nice ceramic mugs not paper. I can't get over the beautiful view. I drive from the states to Newfoundland and I will definitely be staying there again.

I stayed here recently when one of my normal places had no vacancies. This place is absolutely fantastic. I travel a lot for work and I will no longer stay anywhere else but here. The room was very clean and very large. Their hospitality is something we don’t see much of anymore. The entire experience left me feeling absolutely happy from head to toe. If you are going to be in the area, you absolutely must stay here. The rates are actually kind of shocking. You would expect the rates to be more expensive, but they are really not. Lunenburg is a perfect area and this establishment is the perfect place to stay at when visiting in Lunenburg.

Première vue on se pose des questions, mais on a eu notre chambre sans délais. L'odeur de propreté en entrant nous mais en confiance, chambre petite mais tout y est frigo et micro onde aussi. Et que dire de la vue de notre balcon, wow. Endroit très calme et paisible on se rend à pieds au port, environ 20 minutes de marche.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Great shower and pillows. The view from the deck is lovely. The owner was kind. Gave us an extra room when we had accidentally booked a room with one bed on a trip with my mother.

Arrived late but my check in was all taken care of. Wonderful service, great location, nice clean rooms with a view of Lunenburg Harbour. Have stayed here in the past and will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. Room had microwave, fridge and coffee maker.

Affordable motel with a rustic feel. Comfortable beds, wifi and units with kitchenettes. Great view of the harbour and Lunenburg. 5 min to downtown area.

Close to the lunenberg view point. One could actually see the view from this place. Really enjoyed the stay here.
