I'm so lucky to know these Awesome people, I trust them with my life, not just with my BMW's! I drive 2 hours just for an oil change! I know that they are taking care of my babies! I know that they always do their best, and truly you can't ask for more.

I have been going to torque auto for long time, and I am a satisfied customer. Rob is amazing, and full of knowledge about any vehicles. One of our vehicles is a commercial car, and Rob always tries his best to accommodate me that the vehicle can be back in the business. Very friendly atmosphere, I am always treated as a family member.

Super friendly and accommodating - they got me in on the day that I called and had a look at my issue as soon as I arrived. Was driving out of there less than 30 minutes later! Would 100% recommend!

Would 300% recommend. We were on a road trip in our mini van with our dog. For some reason, the brake oil started leaking and we couldn’t use the car anymore (the brakes would not brake). We stopped there because it was the closes place near by. The owner and his team didn’t have time to take us because they were fully booked. We tried a couple garages near by but no one would take us. We came back to this garage and the owner decided to take us in. In 2.5hrs the car was repaired. Thank you so so much for this amazing service, it litteraly saved our trip

I love Torque. The owner, Rob, is super friendly and helpful as is his front desk guy. They're great at taking time to share details and talk to their customers. My car is always in perfect condition when it leaves torque. They give honest and reasonable quotes.

My poor car started "chugging" when cold, in gear, and stopped. Took it to my usual mechanic and was told it was my transmission but they don't do those. After calling around spoke with Sahid (sorry dude I've probably misspelled your name) and he said I could at least bring it for the owner to do a test drive. Had to wait for my engine to cool down to recreate the noise / feeling. Car wouldn't do it. As Rob said, " It's like when you take your child to the doctor and they are suddenly better. " Waited another 1/2 hour and asked Rob (the owner) if he could drive it around the lot, stop, count to 10, and see if the car would finally misbehave. It didn't but he had a free bay and hooked it for a live feed, and it is not my transmission! It's a coil in my 4th cylinder misfiring. It needs a part and 1/2 hour labour! I was so overwhelmed with relief it wasn't a long and costly repair. These guys rock. Rob sensed there was something going on and found it quickly! 20/10 (not a typo) would recommend them! I'll be bringing my car in next week for the repair! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Sometimes I fell like I should keep gems like this business a secret.not this time. Best customer service and prices I've experienced. Tires, oil changes, brakes, exhaust, suspension. All A1 work!

OMG! These guys are great! I was visiting in August from Ontario and needed a weight distribution hitch adjusted to get a trailer back home. I stopped in to the shop without any warning and not only did they help me out right away, they didn't charge me for the quick fix that I needed. On top of that I was probably having the most stressful day EVER and these fellows got me laughing from the moment I opened the door which made my day so very much better. They even took the time to say hi to the dogs that were in my truck. If I lived in Dartmouth I'd definitely be back to see the team at Torque Auto! It's rare to encounter nice humans these days. Thanks guys & hope to see you next summer!

I have had several repairs done to my car at Torque Auto. Rob and staff have always exceeded my expectations as mechanics and general customer service. You absolutly can not beat pricing and quality of work. Would not consider ever going to another garage. Would highly recommend using Torque Auto for all of your automotive needs.
