Totally Raw Pet Food

Horrible service. Been trying to order food for 3 days and no one calls back. Finally speak to someone after two calls only to be told I was 10 minutes late in ordering. Now our dog has no food and I’ll need to take time off work to go get some. Time to move to an online ordering system.

Updated. We also went and spoke to a leading dog nutritionist and was told Totally Raw is missing a lot of nutrients our pets need to survive. I had asked the staff if this food was balanced and if anything needed to be added to be a complete meal. I was told nothing else was needed, just the food. Well that was a lie. Two weeks on the recommended food and such a difference. Buyer beware.

Update. Now you claim I was being abusive lol. Wow you’ve been told by a lab that your product doesn’t meet the specs dogs need to live. I blocked you after I told you and you told me you knew who he was but didn’t agree with the labs findings. You became agressive and upset that he was saying these things. So I blocked you from harassing me, even after the offer of free food. Your words just prove to me that you’re a liar and will do anything to sell food lacking in the proper nutrients. Greed ruins people. Maybe it’s time to do what’s right and upgrade your formula. It all makes sense now, why no one will carry your food locally. Have a great day but please stop lying to people. It’s just not good business practice.

Love this store! My 3 dogs are on raw food and they enjoy every meal. The selection is great, good service.

Great product, friendly service. Today I was late and it was almost closing time I gave the store a call and the friendly lady waited few minutes after closing time till I get there.

I am so glad that I switched Asaysha over to raw 9 years ago, she is almost 11 years old now and still behaves like an excited puppy. I switched back to kibble once for a couple months and the difference in her coat, teeth and ears all went horrible. So I promised myself that I will never feed kibble ever again.

Raw food is awesome fkr your dog and with not any weird additives and extra ingredients it makes feeding my allergy dog simpler. They have helpful and friendly staff.

Kitty approved! The bulk boxes make it possible to afford raw. I trust the quality of the meat and the staff are always helpful.

Our dog LOVES the patties and backstrap. The staff have always been knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with our timid dog.

So my neighbour and I have had our dogs on Totally Raw for 2 years now. We can't say enough about Erin and Ian, and the knowledge they provide about the product. Always eager to help and available to answer any questions we had. Georgie (2yo boxer) and Scout (7yo mastiff/boxer) have never been so happy. Scout had early onset arthritis from about 3 years of age. She could barely get up and down stairs. After a few months of being on raw, she was regaining full mobility and now, 4 years later is running and playing with her youthful, energetic neighbour Georgie! Thank you Totally Raw and Erin!

Good place to get a big variety of raw dog food free parking in front Manager is a nice friendly Lady named Lisa staff is small but knowledgeable prices are very reasonable

Great selection of locally sourced food for my dog. Pricing is very fair. Would reccomend anyone with a dog to visit and support local.
