I had purchased an expensive neck piece which came with a fastener I found very difficult to use; I began to dread the struggle to put it on and stopped wearing and enjoying it. In discussing the problem with the staff of Touch of Gold, they proposed a number of options to resolve the issue. However each seemed to be an expensive solution. Finally, I took in a little used necklace of my own to the staff and they kindly arranged to have the clasp from that necklace installed on my new jewelry at no cost!
I was delighted, relieved and deeply appreciate Mary Beth Robertson’s help with all this. I will be back! Thank you, Touch of Gold.

I purchased a couple of watches from this store (Have been visiting this store for the last three years) and interacted with Susan Outerbridge and mostly with Don Burke. Phenomenal service in every way!

I have been going to this store ever since I moved to Halifax around two and half years ago. I always found Don Burke to be a one stop solution for all my jewelry needs let it be a Rolex watch or let it be diamonds or even a Mont Blanc pen. From the very first conversation itself he showcased his expertise and knowledge. Recently, during one of my order requests, I was really touched by his gesture and I felt it is time to tell his good work to everyone.

And to all those who complain that the store representatives gave you an absolute no for your dream watch, please understand its not these people at Touch of Gold but it's the Rolex. The demand and supply has always been a problem, please understand - unless you're very lucky you can't walk into a Rolex Store and walk out with your dream watch.

Edit: I naively attempted to walk in a buy a Rolex without having all the information and due to my feeling slighted and the sales person not being aware of my lack of knowledge of the market we got our wires crossed. The owner has since reached out to apologize and all is right in the word. Don’t expect to walk in a leave with your dream watch because it’s not that simple. But if you have a question or feel like your concerns aren’t being addressed, try asking a different way. I’m happy with the end result of my experience, even rough didn’t get the watch I was after.

Bought a watch from them a few years ago and the staff was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I've had no issue with my watch but I'm sure they would help out in a heart beat if I did.

I read one of the bad review and decided to chime in with my own experience. I recently called them to enquire about a certain Rolex model. The staff was very transparent and explained the situation and I hope to one day get the call.

People have to realize that some Rolex, especially sport models, are really hard to obtain and the Authorized Dealers doesn't have much control over what Rolex sends to them. Don't take it out on this great local business.
