My friend lives here and he and the other tenants are being renovicted. For a year and a half. Only to return to greatly increased rent. So this landlord is making his tenants homeless.

I lived there for a few months, It was INFESTED with cockroaches, I would kill 3 big ones in a day, it was loud and sketchy place. Alot of cops around, the landlord also never fixed the broken window from the previous tenant and never painted the bathtub, it was all chipped. It's inhumane, it's right next to phoenix youth shelter and they are loud and violent as well.dont rent.run away.the laundry dryer took 3 hours and for 56 people there were only 1 washing-1 drying working the rest is broken. A drunk neighbour started verbally assaulting me one day and they did nothing about it and all police said was being rude isnt illegal or he can knock on your door (trying to force the door to enter? !).
