The two girls that work the front desk are awesome Heather and Amanda the hotel was alright needs to be updated

Where to start.the bathroom only had one light bulb that worked the other two were burnt out. Couldn't get the TV to come on there was a shortage in the power bar. You could actually hear the power bar shocking and kicking off and on. The remote didn't want to turn the TV off once we did get it working. My husband forgot his shaving kit, I went to the front desk to see if I could get a toothbrush because they have a little sign on the table if you forget anything they'd have a complimentary items she then told me there was a charge of $4.05 all attached a picture of the little sign.

It's okay in a pinch, decent and comfortable enough. Friendly staff. Close to Trans Canada highway. Breakfast had eggs, real butter and cream but no meat and that's most important part of eating for me. Every other item offered for breakfast is just junk food temptation.

We booked rooms for a U9 hockey tournament. The staff were great and accommodating. The breakfast was very nice and everyone ate well. Many parents and kids said it was one of their most relaxing hotel stays for a tournament. We would definitely stay again.

Clean rooms beds very comfortable but get up early for breakfast lolcoffee wasn't refilled but close to Tim's lol
Looks like more work is being done to it. Pool was unavailable.
Drive up parking to our room were an issue but there was a concert in Moncton and a festival.
Would stay Again.

Me and a buddy stayed here for one night, When we arrived we were greeted with lovely service from the front desk, We were upgraded for free to a larger room as the reservation we made was accidentally booked on the day after we arrived, The staff at front desk were very accomadating and made sure we were good with our room. The rooms themselves were a bit outdated but it was to be expected because its a 200 year old building, however it is being renovated and everything in the rooms are very clean, the moment I went into the room i checked the beds and such an they all had clean blankets and pillows, Shower looked brand new as well, There is new owners recently for this building and they are doing their best, It doesn't look amazing on the outside but inside the rooms were great, No issues at all, We'll be back again next time were up this way

Tub would not drain in Room. Rooms are just ok. Free breakfast was really nice. Weird room had two doors, one to outside and lobby. Good for one night stay.

If your pool has been closed for over 10 years, don't say you have a pool
Internet provided was insecure, I could see other peoples' laptops and phones online
Management has what I'd say is a sketchy/fake reviewer "Vaughn Baxter" trying to uplift their solidly 1 star ratings, all within last 2-3 weeks he's trying to look like a legit reviewer
By far the worst hotel experience I've ever had, I stayed respectful and calm (I believe in Don't shoot the messenger) and they still basically did nothing and lied to me about getting a discount so I would just go away.
Horrific. Travelodge should revoke this locations license, they're dirtying an otherwise solid brand.

The best of all the service. Kind and available. They have solved the problem we had very well. The truth is that they have treated us very kindly. The value for money is correct.

Continental Breakfast was sparse at best.
Asked if we could get some milk and juice was told she would get to it when she can.

Staff is rude when bothered for something.

Cleanliness of dining room was unacceptable!

Loved the pancake machine in their included breakfast. Too bad the pool was still under renovations. The blower dryer was defective in our room. Will definitely consider on my next road trip to Nova Scotia

Great stay and great staff only 4 stars as there was a strong chemical smell in the room like someone had used just a bit too much floor cleaner would stay here again though.

Rooms were recently renovated. Clean, good front desk service.beds are a bit stiff and slow WiFi but in a convenient location

Lovely staff, in addition they were extremely flexible offering us a late check-out and baggage storage. The place is being renovated so it’ll only improve. Thanks!

- the hotel is a complete disaster
- there is mold in the corridors and rooms
- the manager hands me a bag full of garbage that did not belong to us

Only ok part of the hotel way the night shift women, Sue. Sue was eager and enthusiastic. Sue was lovely to chat with and she gave her all to us!

Stayed with 2 teams here as a coach. Ended up being the only clients in this hotel. The way we were treated however was as if they would rather no one there. All team members needed checking out during our first night or as soon as they woke up in the morning. Hotel staff (except sue) were incredibly rude and unaccommodating. We were told we would have a conference room, or a space to do some team bonding with our 12 year old athletes. We were then told that we were not allowed as they have to be "pre booked and paid". We asked if all the large conference rooms were booked and if we could pay now to use one for an hour. We were told that the booking for an hour was $105+tax. Our rooms were only $110. From here, staff kicked parents out of the lobby in a very VERY rude manner. Parents were in the lobby to pick of their children from our team bonding in one of the small hotel rooms. From here, staff decided it was an excellent idea to talk negatively about our team and us staying at the hotel in a manner that was VERY unprofessional. Not sure why they were talking so negatively about 12 year old athletes. Additionally, in their conversations that were loud enough to hear through the door of our hotel room, they stated that the larger conference room was $50 and we should have booked it. Not entirely sure they rates are so inconsistently communicated.

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. Lobby had plaster all over the walls, many rooms had no heat, and of course, very rude staff (except sue). Not to mention that the carpet throughout most of the hotel is so worn and seems as through it has been there for MANY many years. Overall, rooms were not clean, hair on beds, black stains on sheets, and sticky sections on desks.

I went in hopeful but everything seemingly showed its true colours.

We visited here due to an emergency. The rooms were clean but very aged/outdated. The staff were awesome and in it's hay day, was probably a hopping place. The continental breakfast is enough to get you going in the morning and the price was acceptable considering what you would pay elsewhere. It has a close proximity to gas and Tim Hortons. I would stay here again.

A few wee glitches (but they are under renovations, so that's ok), but the staff is lovely and made my 2 week stay very nice.

The room was nice, very clean and the bed was comfortable with a wonderful down comforter on it.
The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful.
We would stay there again.
